Kdyby to šlo, tak ani jedna hvězda! Odporný hnus! Dítě má právo na přítomnost obou rodičů nepřetržitě! Dovzdělejte sebe i vyhořelý personál a nevymýšlejte si báchorky, že není kapacita, není místo. Vždycky to jde něják udělat. Ale musí se chtít. Z vývojové psychologie víme, že aby se dítě rychle uzdravilo, potřebuje být i v psychické pohodě a přítomnost rodičů je to nejlepší, co můžeme pro nemocné dítě udělat. Zatím co jinde jsou již vybavení - berou přítomnost rodičů jako standart a děti mají s rodiči rodinné pokoje"

The service in Childrens Emergency department is insane, inhuman, unacceptable, out of the world. Receptionists are terrible with attacking attitude. Yellow Vests nurses are very rude and careless, not ready to help at all, we went there on Emergency many times and the first question is why are you here? most of the doctors dont speak English and its a hell communicating with them, sadly some doctors just laugh at the child sickness. Almost all staff we met are with the same disgusting attitude, dont deserve working in the frontline. They need to learn how to treat people respectfully especially foreigners.

Well organized but the waiting time is extremely long. Unfortunately my children happened to need some consultation at night and it takes hours. It's not the first time, therefore the emergency for children seems to be under staffed compared to the needs.

We had a great experience there! And we are very greatfull for the help that our son received there. Almost all the doctors at the hospital spoke English too ;)

Two days ago, one of our daughters woke up with a bit high temperature but with strong pain in her stomach. Since nothing was changed after lunch, our pediatrician recommended going to Motol emergency to exclude appendicitis. We got a ticket at 18:10, and the doctor checked us at... 01:00 AM (!). At that time, the temperature was already 38.7. So for almost 7 hours, my wife was waiting in the car with the crying (because of the pain) 8 years old daughter. I told this several times in the reception - no reaction. I know that probably because of the lack of doctors, they work hard, but NOTHING will change, because a young woman in the reception told me - that this is normal! and if we go to the west

no one speaks english, had to use the google translator. Everyone is rude and don’t have patience

Dne 6.7. jsme navštívili se synem dětskou pohotovost. Ačkoliv byl státní svátek a celkem dost dětí, všichni byli velice vstřícní, paní u okénka registru počínaje.Pan dr. Omar se sestřičkou sloužící ten den na ambulanci č. 1, i přizvaná paní dr. Poš si touto cestou zaslouží poděkování za velmi milý, laskavý a lidský přístup, jak k nám rodičům, tak hlavně k našemu synovi. Syn je od narození pravidelně v rukách odborníků ve FN Motol a lepší péče se mu po tuto dobu nemohlo dostat!

The facility itself is nice, clean and maintained. Parking is an absolute pain as there are not enough spots for such a large hospital. The check in process is quite seamless but waiting to actually see anyone takes SO long. If you have an appointment time, it means nothing. Doctor and office staff were caring.

A total disaster! The hematology ward should be shut down by the government, ALL of the doctors (34 imbeciles) at the hemat. ward are not educated to current medical standards!!!Disgraceful and dangerous to our little ones!
