Mudr Dubová Is an amazing Dr, her nurse too- both were so nice to me, answered all my questions with patient, made me feel that my body and my well being is important to them.I really left the clinic with a smile on my face!If you ever need to see a URL that's the place to go!Modern clean room but more importantly- very very nice and calm attitude, thank you so much!

First appointement was ok(could have been better)But the second time:A waste of time, i had an appointememt with this ORL and after 1 hour of waiting I left the ORL, if you value your time, then please ignore this ORL.They kept taking people inside the ORL who came much later also. And fully ignored me there.Also when they do a blood test, they expect you to contact them after 1 week. And when you try to reach them, they either dont reply or reply after ages. (I needed my GF to call them at some point).This behaviour is rude to people, especially to people that work.

i came here a while ago and the girl (maybe the staff/receptionist) make you feel stupid just because you don’t know how to read czech (well hello to czech republic). she just chatting to the other side of the bench and i was knocking at the door and still calling the numbers posted. after a few minutes she stand up and open the door and said ne ordinance while she and her “chat-mate” smiled sarcastically. She may be a good doctor but lock of updates on her website and the numbers posted on this just ringing no one answered even on emails as well.

The doctor was kind enough to accept me without an appointment due to urgency of my issue despite the fact that they were fully booked so I feel more than grateful for this. They were all really nice, speak English so communication was not an issue at all. I have now my issue treated and I'm in no pain anymore thanks to them! On top of that, they also accept VZP, definitely recommending them!
