Very rude guy (probably owner) behind the bar taking the orders. Classic Czech old school pub I would say. Food was ok. I won’t stop here again.

I've just spent a night at this lovely little hotel. The room and bathroom were basic, but clean and warm. The bed was comfortable. Reasonable price. No complaints whatsoever about the accommodation.I also ate in the restaurant. There isn't a wide choice of dishes, but at this time of year they don't have summer tourists. The food was tasty and well cooked. Good Urquell beer. Very attentive service and friendly owners. Recommended!

The service was overpriced, the food took too long, and the staff's bad manners were only slightly short of insulting. This low-class operation survives because there is no bridge to the restaurant across the river.

Very beautiful place for relaxing in wonderful area of river Sázava. We rented a hotel house with swimming pool directly next to the hotel for a week. Hotel house is situated in the large private space with a wide grounds and many trees surrounded one. The equipment of the house for a familly is enough of all we needed. In case of any problems, english speaking hotel management always solved problem effectivelly and were giving all informations always we needed. Even no problem to organise canoe trip for us. We also used to go to the hotel restaurant with a great cuisine.Thank you, hope visiting you sometimes in the future!!!

I give 2+ because of the location. I guess that they do not have to aim for the quality of the food since the customers always come crossing the river ford and the prices are a bit higher for the same reason.

Beautiful place at the Sazava river. Restaurant and accommodation. Good beer selection. Swimming in the river. Camping at the other side of the river. Enjoy the Czech summer at the river.

Based on my experience with the restaurant and the campsite:The campsite has basically no facilities. You can only use the bathrooms in the restaurant and the hotel, which are absolutely not adequate even for brushing your teeth. There are no showers at all.Food in the restaurant was average, mostly fried stuff. Some of us got overcharged for drinks later in the night. This place is only popular because of the amounts of people doing boat trips down the Sazava river.

We stayed at the holiday house, next to the hotel. The house itself is lovely and nicely situated near the river bed and a large space of private grounds with trees around it.The house lacks passion though; The interiour was sticky and not clean, also things were broken down. The hotel management/owners were not very open to our feedback on this. Before departure we used much more electricity than reasonably anticipated, which was awkward since we had been residing outside the house most of the time. The electro meter was located at the streetside outside the fence where we could not easily have checked what was going on. There was an abundance of fire wood, most of which was used to construct the veranda. Without notice, we had to pay for some that we used for campfire, before leaving. While the mrs. of the house tried to explain to us the unforeseen costs in English, the mr. of the house was immediately displeased and wasn't open to any means of helping or understanding. After a beautiful week around Prague and the nice environment of Lsteni, the lack of care for the house, the ambiguous electricity circuitry and unmannered way of serving customers is def. a downer for this establishment.
