Amazing experience at the former Alcron now Almanac restaurant called la rotonde". We enjoyed all dishes from the very beginning of our 5 course diner to the end. The association od the delightful dishes with the selection of wines was perfect. Special mention to the sommelier who took time to explain the richness of all the proposed wines. An experience to recommand without a doubt."

Tip top customer service, good food, great wine! You have an option to start with minimum number of courses, and add as you go. We love the services provided by Nick Saaf who is a passionate and experienced sommelier, and Petra Kalouskonvá who ensured the best customer experience.Although the dress code was stated formal, but there were about half the patrons who came in with jeans and casuals.

An amazing dinner and an experience my wife and I will never forget. Some of the best food that I have ever had. The chef's menu with wine pairing was absolutely amazing and lasting over 3 hours it flew by, making the evening truly magical.

I was looking forward to having dinner with my wife at a new restaurant that had just opened up in the city. It had received glowing reviews and we were excited to try out their menu.However, from the moment we arrived, things started to go downhill. The hostess was rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging our presence before pointing to our table. When we were seated, we quickly realized that the table was wobbly and unstable. Despite our best efforts to fix it, it continued to rock back and forth, making it difficult to eat.The waiter came over to take our order and seemed impatient as we asked questions about the menu. We placed our order and waited for our food. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to see that my meal was undercooked and my wife's dish was overcooked and dry.We tried to eat as much as we could, but the food was simply unappetizing. Our drinks were frequently empty, and it was difficult to flag down our waiter for refills.To make matters worse, the restaurant was very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation without shouting. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant and the lighting was harsh, creating a feeling of discomfort and unease.After an uncomfortable and unpleasant meal, we decided to leave early. We were disappointed with the food and the service, and felt that the experience had been a waste of our time and money. It was a bad experience, but we knew that we would have better luck at a different restaurant next time.

This month I had my seventh dining experience at Prague.The first thing we do after booking a vacation in Prague, is make sure that we have a reservation at this place, and it have never disappointed.It's truly an amazing Michelin class experience, with the service level I normally only see at 2 star Michelin restaurants.Their food is impeccable, always beautifully served to the last detail, and with amazing taste.Already looking forward to my next visit.

Very much a fancy dinner. The food was very tasty, well presented, and perfect portion sizes.

This is hands down the best restaurant in Prague. Every course we were served was perfect. The waiters knowledge of wine was quite frankly incredible and the others were very friendly and polite. This has to be one of the nicest meals I've ever had. Can't think of a bad word to say about it. Even better if you're staying in the hotel as it's a really short trip to bed.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Alcron Restaurant in Prague. Being a Michelin-starred establishment, I was excited to visit and enjoy a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite frustrating and inconvenient.Based on the information provided by Google Maps, I confirmed that Alcron Restaurant was open. Trusting this information, I took a cab and traveled for around 30 minutes to reach the restaurant, only to discover upon arrival that it was closed due to an evening event (despite it being noon at the time). This unexpected closure left me feeling disheartened and inconvenienced.While the staff at Alcron Restaurant were extremely nice and offered me the option to wait at the bar for my cab, it was disheartening to realize that the restaurant did not respect its advertised opening hours. As a customer, I believe that opening hours are an essential aspect of any establishment, and they should be adhered to in order to avoid disappointing visitors.Furthermore, it would have been helpful if the restaurant had provided information about the event and its impact on the regular dining hours on their website or social media platforms. This way, potential customers could have been informed in advance and made alternative arrangements. Communication regarding changes in opening hours or events is crucial for maintaining transparency and ensuring a positive customer experience.In addition to the unexpected closure, I experienced further inconvenience by having to wait in the rain for 15 minutes for a new cab to return to my hotel. This unfortunate series of events left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment.While I appreciate the polite and accommodating attitude of the staff, I believe that Alcron Restaurant should prioritize maintaining accurate opening hours and proactively communicate any changes or events to their customers. A wonderful interior, very good dishes, an extensive winelist. The restaurant lacks that little thing taking it to the Michelin star level but regardless it is a fascinating experience.

I've been to other Michelin rated places and none of them have ever had this level of service. I chose 5-course meal and my wife the 6-course meal. Servings are 2-3 bites per course. Staff explained every ingredient within dishes. Replaced silverware after every course. The food is not for those seeking traditional meals. This is for those seeking art via culinary talent. Enjoy.
