Never ever!!! Don't do the same mistake as we did. Horrible customer service. They get to the apartment without your attendance and permission. Even energy bill was big surprise for us as for two months of living here we had to pay off 2000 CZK and no one was able to explain us how they calculated the price.Huge disappointment for us.

One of the reception staff is not very friendly... when u ask for your packages she always make a face like she was doing you a favor... that is very annoing.

After one year of Living here I can clearly assess that this project is a disappointment. I cannot recommend anyone to live here. It's simply not worth the money. Initial scope of project was ambitious but most of it was not at all or very poorly implemented. The worst of the worst the customer service, communication with end customer. Un-transparent yearly energy billing. Noisy neighborhood as they also rent apartments over Booking, which means tourists. They invest heavy money in to marketing but not in to making your living here more comfortable. After one year expected rent increase arrived. Which is my good bye to them.
