It was recently refurbished, and the place was immaculate, modern, and even atmospheric. However the food (chicken/chips and a sweet sauce) was a bit of a let-down, even if the prices are very democratic. I will come again to try something else. Service was excellent, but I can't in good faith give more than three stars for now.
