Quality Hotel Brno Exhibition Centre

One hour waiting at check in and still not any closer to the reception. Not a good start at all maybe we’ll be checked in before the second hour approaches. A delay with easy jet is shorter than checking into this hotel

We arrived to the 'Quality' hotel after all day driving from Croatia to Poland. That was already 10pm and my kids were sleeping in our car. I left them with my wife and went to check in. My bad, we forgot to take kids passports with us. I admit, my bad. However we've managed to get through the EU and back withouth them at all and all was good till this hotel. At the reception a member of staff was unpolite and informed us that we couldn't check in without kids passports (we had our adults and kids insurance policy). I can understand that's our fault but why the staff of 4-star hotel was almost luaghing at us and offering no help whatsoever that I do not understand. I was told to leave the hotel and go figure myself. In my opinion this is not a situation you would expect to experience in a 4-star hotel. Can't recommend and no, there will be no second chance.

The hotel is rather far from the city center, you need a cab to go into the city.The room was fine, nothing special. Clean, confy bed, smartTv solution.The spa is an alibi spa, you need to have reservation to use the jacuzzi. There is sauna and a mini-gym that I haven't tried.

The hotel room was nice. The staff were nice but very uncoordinated; we were told the whirlpool was complimentary as guests, we used it the night we arrived and when checking out the lady charged us for using it. We were offered a 200ml bottle of water as an apology.

Denisa on the reception was absolutely lively she couldn’t have been more helpful! Hotel was lovely and clean we could have done with more tea bags as we are English but they were happy for us to get them from the restaurant! We found one waiter quite rude think we sat at the wrong table and made us move without explanation. The waiter who watched some of the World Cup with us was lovely and served us after we moved!

Good hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Also sauna is free, it is good but small, 4 people max. The staff is wonderful. Be aware that parking for 24 h cost approximately 16 euros.

Hotel is ok. Big bed. Breakfast is also ok. But for us it was crazy to see how unfriendly the hotelstaff is. They gave us the feeling that we weren’t welcome and that they were forced to work there. When we asked why they were so unfriendly to us, someone replied “Czech culture”…

Dirty carpets, flaky paint on bathroom ceiling, hotel bar that theoretically closes at 10:00 pm won't serve anything at 9:00 pm (because of reasons). Electric kettle in hotel room probably the cheapest there was on sale (boiled water smells of plastic). Breakfast pretty good.

Smell in the number, the shower head keeps falling off. In number poor lighting so you can't see how old it is. Maybe in 80-90th this hotel was cool but now it strange. Personal on reception can’t tell you information about hotel, the most slow check in and checkout I have ever seen. For that price it too much

Clean hotel, breafast is good, free sauna, but let down by rude staff on reception, shouldn't be front of house if they cannot be pleasant
