Hotel a Restaurant Větruše

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. The location on top of the mountain guarantees nice views, but once the aerial gondola is closed, the hotel becomes a bit hard to reach without a car.

3rd time here from Prague. Its always a pleasure to eat here and enjoy the surroundings. Very friendly and proactive staff, speaking very good English as well. Food is delicious; kids love eating here as well.

Pretty but not 4 star rating as they claim.+ good location with a beautiful view from the terrace.+ free parking right in—front of the hotel+ handicapped accessible (ramps/lift)+ beautiful bathroom+ bed a little soft but ok+ friendly receptionist and waiters on the terrace.- breakfast room head of staff stuck up attitude- overall is the restaurant food not deserving 4 stars. Chicken with dumplings and spinach was free of any taste, the chicken Salate was ok, but the mango tasted like out of a tin can.- breakfast selection very limited and not deserving of the image the hotel projects.- seating for breakfast very cramped, when asked if eating on the terrace was possible we were told we could but had to move everything ourselves.- lots of small mismatches and damages— room: mismatching lamps next to the bed.— room: scratches on the wall, wallpaper peeling of and hair on the seat.— terrace: tables next to the wall were showed bird shit all over (all 3 days we were there)— public bathrooms: at 08:30 in the morning out of disinfecting fluid.— public bathrooms: trash can damaged

Hotel with a stunning view. My room was no. 104 with a balcony and direct view to city and lanova draha. If you need a quiet and shallow room, you should ask for it. I didn't mind the noises from the cable car or the passing freight trains at night and had a very relaxing and deep sleep, also due to the utmost comfortable mattress. The restaurant is always very busy and I suggest to make a reservation. The staff is well educated, friendly and very attentive. The offered dishes are high end in performance and ingredients.

Nice place to stay, very fine restaurant and with a great view on the river and city of Usti(espaccialy for trainfans). We got here by train, just a quick walk from the station and a trip with the cable car. We choose it for a daytrips to Prague and Dresden by train but remember first cable car is at 9:00. The room was fine spacious, fine bath room and good beds. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant has a fine menu and service, just a tip to reserve a table it is busy at times!

The very first restaurant in Ústecky district satisfied me and my girlfriend. Actually surprised us. Degradation-menu we had was delicious and for a reasonable price. Therefore, I strongly recommend this restaurant.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We went to the restaurant for dessert and drinks after our meal in town. We are a group of 5, 2 are from Czech who live in the US now and the rest are from the US. We came in with masks (no staff had any mask or COVID precautions) and we're sat at a table. After viewing the menu for a little a man server (grey beard) came and asked to see our vaccine cards. We all pulled out our vaccination cards as well as our passenger card QR codes that we filled out to enter the country. After his system wasn't working" to scan our QR codes he proceeded to go on and on about why he couldn't serve us but none of it made sense. He wouldn't accept our vaccination cards or our paperwork that was REQUIRED to enter the country. We have had NO problem eating at any other restaurants

I feel so extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the stay at this hotel. My husband and I decided to come here because of the wellness center they advertised. We arrived here and the receptionist told us that the jacuzzi had a technical problem and that someone was supposed to call us to let us know but didn't. He said he thought in some hours it would work. It didn't. We had also booked the sauna. It also didn't work. So we ended up paying to stay in this overpriced hotel for absolutely nothing. We just drove here to relax but instead of that we are just annoyed and disappointed. Could not recommend.

Historical hotel in a castle. Staff friendly, safe place to store bikes. Room was kind of basic, although clean. No toothbrush, no tea/coffee making facilities.Sorry to say despite the high reviews the restaurant is nothing much. Probably mostly catering to German clientele, the taste is blunt and not exciting. Svickova was with strange dumplings, tiny meat. Tartar steak nothing much either. Overpriced.
