I can't imagine a better service.First of the all, the website is very well cataloged in both Czech and English, and the staffs all speak fluent English as well. Any request and question through e-mail are replied within an hour professionally and patiently. My order was shipped in 48hr after they received the payment, and when I received the good, it was carefully packed.The whole process, from inquiring the kiln to receiving it, took only 1 week! SHIMPO RK-55 Pottery Wheel. The wheel works great. It is very sturdy and easy to set up (no issues with throwing on it so far).
