230 Czech for a big bag of washing! Great value. Unlike other places you just drop off your washing and collect it later. Perfect for busy tourists on a budget.

Thanks to all the previous reviews, I went there today and achieved what I needed and avoid any issues that might be happening.- first prepare for rudeness, just ignore and be nice- watch out for 2 basket and just put all your stuff into one unless you really need two- if you worry about shrinking, just ask for washing and dry just 10 minutes and no need to fold which she gladly to do with less work. I just hang my stuff in my hotel and it took 1 hour instead of 2 to pick up. (reason for drying 10 minutes is to avoid wrinkles)Overall I think it's very reasonable priced and all my clothes are clean and ready for my journey.

Not sure what they are doing to clothes but my cotton t-shirts shrunk. And it looks like it is ironed and straightened but the person there told me they did not iron it. So then why so crisp and straight?

Signs say 2 hour wash a& dry and close at 9:30pm. Was told 3 hours and close at 9pm so getting there at 6:40pm meant we were turned away. Would not recommend!

Close to our hotel and waaay cheaper. 10 minute walk from the main train station. 230 koruna for a basket of laundry and it was done in 3 hours. Good value, good location.

They were super punctual with us, and the quality of the service is good.We were a little afraid, because all of the bad comments, but now after this good service we recomend this laundry.

Went to get one item dry cleaned and a bag of clothes washed. Made sure she understood that the bag of clothes was wash and dry, and the other was dry cleaned. When I came back she said everything was alright. Came home and realised none of the clothes were washed. So confusing since, if she wasn’t going to wash and dry the clothes, why did she take the bag? So annoyed since I was running low on clean clothes, and have to wait until I get to Berlin now to get them washed.

Dropped a week's worth of laundry for a family of 4 was done and folded in 3 hours for 25 bucks. They don't speak much English but it worked great
