Extremely disappointed. We agreed clearly on some conditions and they did not respect it. I can’t recommend this place. I am used to dealing with people keeping their word and I respect that. This business is not the case.

The place Elon Musk should visit to see what car repair shop service car look like. Willing, professional. I highly recommend !

Thanks to her we found the opportunity to charge a lot of Tesla in Ukraine so that many civilians could be evacuated and volunteers could carry helpwe are very grateful❤️

Was passing through Prague on my Model S when I found that one of the door handles wasn’t working. Oli and Dominic were really kind to repair it, even it was Saturday. They also diagnosed the car free of charge and told me about possible problems. Thanks very much!

The Tesla Service Clinic is my best Tesla Service experience I have ever had. Even better than you would expect from a premium car manufacturer.I would like to say a big thank you to the owners Oli and Dominick. These are not just really competent and reliable professionals who know exactly what they are doing. But they are also friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have had the privilege of being able to rely on their kind assistance on several occasions.For me it's 500 kilometers and it's definitely worth it. My Tesla Model S has driven 300,000 kilometers so far. I have visited many different Tesla Service Centers and body shops across Europe.Recently I had a complex problem with the air conditioner, as well as various other electrical and body repairs that they helped with easily and quickly.Hopefully I'll keep driving my Tesla for a long time and for me there is no better place for service than the Tesla Service Clinic.Prague is always worth a visit. Much more since the Tesla Service Clinic came into existence. I highly recommend them. There are only five stars to rate, they deserve more!
