The food was super tasty and also cheap! Close to the city center and the service was super quickly! I recommend this place for eat if you want to eat something nice, cheap and fast! It’s a good place!

I loved the vegetarian and vegan pasta and pizza at vapiano.. amazing atmosphere..big dining area. They have kids menu too .loved this place. They have fresh basil planters on the tables from where we can pick n put in our food..staff is courteous n humble.

So I gave one star because there is no lower rating, really bad experience. I had a chicken bowl and at first I didn’t notice because the salad was tasty, however done parts of salad leaves were obviously rotten because they had the red sign of decomposition. I personally don’t complain but in this case I took the plate to the lady and told her to be careful because they are serving food to people. She didn’t say anything and when I went to pay, the cashier called the manager who, at first send me the message I should have asked for a new one. Then for some reason he came to me to say the same. I didn’t ask for a new salad because I didn’t want a new salad. I didn’t particularly like the approach they had, but I think is more than fair that whomever is serving food to the public must be careful what they are serving.

Really friendly staff, fantastic pizza (we both had capricciosa), cooked quickly and to perfection. All at such reasonable prices. The ordering and paying system we found easy and straightforward too. Great place, recommended

nice environment, good beer, tasty and fast food. service is direct at the counter and this makes you see your dish being prepared.

The place was something between a fast food chain and a restaurant. It was a large place with a rather confusing ordering system. We were given two cards at the entrance without an explanation. The staff was friendly and they explained the process but only after we asked. If you’re tourists and you have not come across something similar, it might be confusing. The food was not bad but far from the best Italian food out there. It’s really good that you can choose a variety of meals and you can come up with your “own” order. Overall an okay place if you run out of options to eat at.

Delicious, you get your food as quickly as fast food and you can even see the chefs making your dish.
