Beautiful exterior and interior at this place, one of the most beautiful that I've even seen in any café. I was willing to give 5/5 to this place just for this one thing. But then... me and my friend encountered the staff.There were few waitresses at the place, all of them very stressed out and constantly in motion because of the workload. Few waitresses that seemed to be under the stress were still trying to be polite, but we got the moody one.As I understand Czech, I heard that our waitress was explained to the ladies at the table next to ours that the waiting time to receive meals is, unfortunately, 40 minutes. We weren't provided by this information, or at least not directly. I believe it might be because of the fact that we were tourists in Olomouc and not looking so fancy or rich as some other people might had been.Generally, the order was taken very quickly and every encounter had the same spirit. It wasn't possible to exchange bread with some salad, as I was informed clearly enough that the place doesn't make salad at the time of breakfast. Then I wanted café latte jumbo with whipped cream. The waitress almost rolled her eyes. I understand that this is not a standard request, but yeah, I had taste for whipped cream. In the end I got café and cream in 2 separate cups. Nice solution. Having decaff was ok and I'm glad for that.Regarding the prices, at first, I thought that they are very reasonable. But then I paid 100 crows for my coffee, which is almost the same as my breakfast.I recommend you to visit this place if you want to enjoy some nice interior. But regarding the customer treatment, it's a gamble. Count also with the longer waiting time, due to an amount of the customers.

A-m-a-z-i-n-g!!! Beautiful interior, food was definitely a surprise and very classy atmosphere. Definitely worth trying every single dish from the menu but I highly recommend the Chicken Supreme, one of the best ones I have tasted ever. Also many many positive notes about their Torino Lamborghini coffee! Whenever I will be visiting Olomouc for sure will be my go-to place.

Avoid This Restaurant If You Have Morals!I gave this restaurant 5 stars 3 years ago when the food was good. However, I am now changing my rating to zero stars due to the restaurant's unethical dealings with its workers.A friend of our family who had to move from Ukraine worked 11 shifts as a dishwasher at this restaurant. The restaurant refused to pay her for her work and simply pretended she didn't exist. This is a clear case of wage theft, and it is especially terrible because it targets a vulnerable worker who is new to the country.I urge you to think carefully before visiting this restaurant. If you choose to eat here, be aware that you are supporting a business that exploits its workers. I personally will not be returning to this restaurant, and I hope you will join me in boycotting it.

Absolutely delicious “svíčková” salad, mushroom risotto and pulled pork burger. The cafe is very modern with a pleasant atmosphere. I would go there again when in Olomouc. Public parking is next door, free over the weekend or outside working hours, otherwise you can pay online or using parking machines.
