I bought a guitar effect and wanted to return it after 1 day in its original package without using it at all and the shop owner did not allow it, was so rude and was not even willing to listen to me. Beware

Don't go here...rude staff without knowledge...basically bitter, failed musicians who have no musical love or joy. Ignore the positive reviews...those local guides" are full of it (& if you visit this establishment

Shop has only Cort guitars. it is located very close to Wenceslas square so quite accessible. The owner is not a very friendly person, specifically was not to me being a foreigner. I did buy some stuff but not pleased to do the purchase, it was rather because I did not want to go anywhere else.

Got a very nice soprano Flight ukulele here after my ukulele was stolen from us at the airport. I was very happy to find a decent string instrument store right in the old city and the owner was very nice. I now wish I had also bought a concert size - the Flight instrument was very good value.

Decent inventory but the owner..... not so helpful and could care less what I though of the high end guitars I was trying. I buy unique and high end guitars all over the world and even have this guy my card, but he was more interested in hiding behind his laptop. Had fully intended to buy a high end Spanish made classical and a reverb pedal but walked out instead. I’ve met much much more helpful stores and owners - sorry I did not like this place and do not suggest it.
