Chillout London have used Umbrella Holidays for our VIP private European tours on a number of occasions. We built a good relationship as they have a good understanding of our itinerary and requirements as well as our clients aspirations and needs. Umbrella Holidays worked flexibly to accommodate passengers' needs.Their staff had a personal approach to passenger transport services, making customer service a key concern and were fully accountable for the passengers' experience. Their drivers were courteous and professional too and they too were accommodating and helpful.Very happy to recommend this company.

I had a pleasure to work with Umbrella holidays twice this year (with group of 45 people and a group of 27 people) - everything from the first contact with the office, was very smooth. Professional communication, adjustment of details and confirmation of the services. Drivers - Honza and Vasil were delightful. Groups loved them and talked about them days after we finished with their services. Buses were clean, always on time and all in all I would 100% recommend Umbrella - I have worked with many bus companies around Europe and Umbrella is the TOP.

Fantastic company to work with. Wonderful communication with the office staff and really organised.Our driver was also one of the best!!Really nice guy, great to work with, fantastic communication, wonderful with the passengers, always on time, very well dress and presented, took pride in the bus, always cleaning both outside and in.Couldn't say anything negative about our time together.Bus itself was also great.Fully recommend!!!

I went on a tour of Austria, Germany and Switerland with a coach provided by Umbrella holiday. The driver was very professional and made everyone feel safe. The bus was new and very comfortable. I would definitely travel in one of their coaches again!

We are a tourism company from Mexico and this year is the second one we have been working with Jana and Umbrellla, everything has been incredible. We love the service and the contact that we have with them. Buses and drivers are so good. Comfy buses and also the drivers are really professional and open to talk about any new route or whatever happens in the way, there's a real good communication between the drivers and us. We hope to still work with them because we are really happy.

I had this Company to transport my group for 6 days this June, taking us from Caen in Normandy via Paris and Belgium to Cologne in Germany.Daniel our driver was excellent, friendly and efficient - the group felt very safe and the coach was comfortable and well equipped. Great company! Do not hesitate to book with this company. We booked Umbrella Holiday for a couples tour around Switzerland & Germany in September & October 2022. I have to say very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Their customer service is fantastic.Most of the drivers they provided were the most professional and experienced drivers we could have wished for. Everyone in my group was so comfortable with his driving it made the trip very enjoyable. We had many hours on the bus moving from city to city and the bus was exactly what we wanted and as described by the company. To say we had the best experience is an understatement.
