My personal Mecca of beauty and health! After series of damaging experiences with Spanish dentists my Czech friend recommended me her doctor in Prague. I had an amazing treatment and the clinic was super helpful to organize everything around my 5 day schedule in town, so that all my problems were solved. I got an incredible offer for a beauty procedure and was very happy with the results. It’s my 4th come back to the clinic over last 2 years not only for the quality, but also prices for such treatments as Ultraformer are unbeatable for Europe.

I had treatment to clear up gum disease and then insertion of dental implants. I can't recommend Mediestetik highly enough for their levels of caring, knowledge and professioanlism. They evidently only care about the best for their patients. I was initially with another Prague clinic for 3 months and moving to Mediestetik was one of the best decisions I ever made.

The treatment of doctors here was appalling. After a pretty lengthy wait time, one doctor stormed into the room and obviously wanted to get the procedure over with. She insisted that I receive a larger dose of the botox injection than I was used to for many successful years in Korea and asked for double the price than what I had been quoted. When I expressed discomfort she said she had to leave. While waiting for another doctor, I examined the bottles she was going to use on me - they had hardly any liquid left. The new doctor was much nicer, but did not have the proper technique to inject them evenly. I heard the injection going into a crevice, not into my muscle. I had to assert my way to get the price that was quoted and verified to me prior to my visit. Needless to say, there have been NO RESULTS - nothing has changed after several weeks. This was by far the most expensive yet worst experience I've had in aesthetic dermatology. I cannot believe I wasted the time and money on this subpar dishonest clinic.

Very disappointing experience after being a customer for many years...I have scheduled an appointment for Monday via phone two weeks in advance. On Monday I have showed up, only for being told by the rude receptionist that I have no appointment for that day, but for Tuesday ... Of course there was no confirmation e-mail or sms, which is a very basic practice at other places so I could not prove my right... So she was asking me to show her that I have an appointment?! Zero excuse or apologies from the receptionist's side and she also shared, that by the way, the treatment specialist is sick so she won't be there on Tuesday either. When was she planning to inform me by the way? The whole encounter was rude and super disappointing after being a patient for many years.

Superb results and staff! I inquired about a special on lip fillers and the reply was prompt. When I went in for consultation, we decided together to do a different and more expensive filler, but everything was honest and upfront. This was my first procedure but I was very impressed with the results. This is a clinic that cares; procedure was done in two sittings to make sure everything settled perfectly. Everything was explained before and after and I felt very secure with the doctor. The clinic was also spotless and everyone from the front desk manager to the assistants were exceptionally professional and nice. I would 100% recommend to anyone, especially those nervous about trying fillers and wanting a natural, well thought-out result. I'm also going back for a non-surgical rhinoplasty and I will update my review to include this when it's done!

My daughter needed an urgent appointment today and was seen by a very reassuring and friendly dentist. They managed to treat her and more importantly reassure her that she can continue her holiday without the worry of her tooth falling out!! She's only 22 and wasn't expecting to visit the dentist whilst on holiday. Thank You Mediestetik (especially the female dentist who seen her) for looking after my daughter so well whilst she is visiting your beautiful country. 100% recommend to any UK citizens.

Highly recommend this clinic! Quick results after the laser epilation and very professional staff!

I am very impressed from the general services and medical services. Adress Manesova 36 -looks like 5 star hotel, fantastic atmosphere for affordable prices. 1ml Juvederm facial filler costed me around 9000 czk. They offered me to join their costumer loyalty program. Straight after procedure I was offered benefits instead of the discount. . Basically for that price I have recieved visible result +deposit back. Not from CR planning to go for thread lift in September.

The clinic’s infrastructure itself and its staff seem to be very good - great receptionist and doctor’s assistant. My review and my 1 star, though, concerns specifically to “Doctor” Tatiana Štyrchunová. Upon arrival in her room and exit of the clinic I must have spent 10min. She not only approached me indirectly (saying everything to her assistant instead of to me) but also denied me seating in the office’s bed for examination. When I told her my concerns and showed them to her in my skin she said: this is normal, there’s nothing there. When I asked if she could take a look to examine the multiple growing moles, as I had asked when booked my appointment, she said there’s no need to. All of it, again, saying to her assistant and not directly to me. She said that since I’m dark skinned this is normal. I’m 8 months pregnant and 1st) no, it’s not normal to have multiple growing moles in your body and not thoroughly examine it 2nd) what’s also not normal is this type of treatment by a physician in such a highly recommended clinic.Finally, I asked for a written report saying everything is alright and though she hesitated a little in the beginning, she printed it but stamped with the name of another doctor on it (Magda Neparidze). God knows why...So watch out, be aware that you most probably can’t go for a regular consultation here (or at least not with this doctor) as they seem to be really focused on aesthetics dermatology only.
