We did a tour in the brewery for which we got a voucher for a free beer. One of the locations were we could redeem the voucher was this restaurant but apparently the waiters did not like this at all and as soon as they saw the coupons we were treated terribly. If you do not like tourists with these coupons than stop accepting them.

Great pivovar in the centre of Plzen! The pork knee and tender sirloin have a great taste. Great place to be with family, friends & for couples.

Handled our large group fairly well. Food was delicious and plated well, with hearty portions. Ran into an issue trying to order more wine, but this would not be the case in a smaller group. It’s a great stop after the Brewery tour!

Arrived in Plzen in the early evening, after a long car journey with two children and my mother with walking problems, my wife and I choose this traditional cuisine restaurant. Once seated, the waitress tells us that the kitchen closes at 10, once the order has been completed, incredible attitudes of annoyance on the face and in the deeds of one of the waiters, caused by our presence since 8.50, who served us annoyed and answered rudely to my wife's question as to whether that dish served was veal or pork. The same waiter, when I called him, looked at me irritably and challenged himself as a sign. They even made us pay the bill during dinner... Extremely paradoxical situation! We have traveled far and wide in Europe and have never received such an attitude of rudeness and lack of professionalism as in this place that is not very open to tourist reception. A bitter bite" for the truly shameful treatment."

Nice restaurant, not very fancy but good food and beers. Friendly staff. After the visit to the beer museum a worthy place to get your free 'small' beer.

Round the corner from the main town sqare. Outside seating. Comfortable chairs outside (other locations seem to prefer beer benches). Service was friendly and attentative. Tram stop right in front (lines 2 and 1). Menu with variety but ownly had a beer. Friendly traditional interior. Toilets downstairs, not nice for mobility impaired persons to climb down 17 stets.

Went tonight, service was fine, food was pitiful. I got the chicken and it was dry, too tough to cut with a butter knife, and weirdly crispy. It was horrible and I expected more for the price. Very disappointed as this was the one place we had time to eat in in this city.Picture speaks for itself. Sad.

The hotel: The room I had was 40 sq/m, so basically like a small apartment. My fridge wasn’t working so the person at the reception desk brought a large box of ice to my room, which was nice. Other amenities were ok, decor seemed outdated but that’s fine. The location is great - literally a minute or two away from the central square. The breakfast was nice, had all of the basics and was included free with the room booking.The restaurant: food is not amazing but still pretty decent. Service is on the slow side, so don’t come here really hungry or if you’re in a hurry.All in all, a positive experience.
