Autokemp Ždáň

Location is pretty good - easy to find, 5 mins to the public beach.Stay in house is noisy because of music outside (30 meters to the bar). All public places are old, restroom stinks. Camp staff wasn't really nice as well.

Super friendly, close to the river

Expensive, unfriendly, often closed but beautiful beach nearbyDon't go there out of season, on weekdays at least! We arrived at 6pm on Tuesday 14 June. No one was at the reception and the showers were locked. There were a few caravans on the camping ground though. We tried calling the number and got to talk to someone who could speak some English and said we could stay, so we put our tent somewhere. 3 hours later, that guy arrived at the camping and charged us 250czk per person (the most we paid for camping in cz), but said we had to wait until the following morning for him to get the shower keys. On the next day, when we passed the reception to go to the beach, an older man told us we had to leave now because the camping was closed. We said we'd leave in one hour and he agreed.The beach and river are wonderful, though!

The impression of such a potentially excellent place was greatly spoiled by the old camp keeper. We were a large group of foreign guests and from the very beginning of our arrive that man was rude to us, even in spite of the fact we were talking Czech to him, could understand everything properly and gave him no reasonto be impolite with us.After a few hours of using the fireplace (approximately at 7 p.m.) we were told to leave it, move away to other place and be more quiet (we only played the guitar). However all these asks were said in a very rude way and had no legal foundation as we didn't break any of the rules designed for camp visitors.And the worst in this situation was, that after 23.00 till 1-2 a.m. there was a very loud music coming from the bar and that nearby fireplace where we were forcely moved away. The people there were Czechs. The camp keeper did nothing to stop them or to ask be more quiet.So, as the result: a very rude keeper, that limited our legal right to use the fireplace and asked us to be more quiet at 7 p.m. but at the same time allowing Czechs to be extremely loud at night time. This makes me think of facing the form of fascism and xenofobia at the year 2020.The place itself is extremely lovely, attractive and picteresque, equipped with everything (except good keeper) necessary for a good relaxing trip.

Nice beach, foodshops and toilets very clean and for good prices. You can rent a paddle board or paddle boat. What could be better is more spaces in shadow,more changing cabins (only one) and a molo to jumpe to water from.

Really cheap accomodation in the cabins" that have not been renovated since they have been built years ago. At least it felt like it.Make sure to bring your own toilet paper since there is none at the WC and you have to buy it at the local "restaurant".They do clean toilets and bathroom every morning

Wonderful placeIf you have chance this is the good place for visit near by Prague.

You are overpaying for nothing. Choose any other next by, you will not regret.Unbelievably rude receptionist.WC(no paper)/shower were ok somewhere in 80’s. Houses are made of “paper” - you can hear talking outside all around. There was a bar on territory, so all nearby houses where listening to “Czech hits” until 4 a.mBeds are made of sticks with pillows from sofa - no normal mattress!!!Camp is not on a river side. It is approximately 10 min of walk to hill.

Great place to relax at the lake side. You can rent pedalling boats. Nice inexpensive bar serving drinks and snacks, icecream etc. Excellent!
