We had the Pork Cutlet Schnitzel which smelt so good and tasted so good. The staff were also really friendly. And the menu gives information about the entrepreneur, manager, chef and Master Bartender - really unique!! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Very tasty and hearty Czech food. Portion sizes are good and the prices are very reasonable for both the food and beer. You can even get unlimited sides like mashed potato, dumplings, and gravy at no extra cost.

We went to this restaurant without resevation for lunch at around 2 afternoon. It was not as crowded as what i read from other review. A waiter found us a table that was reserved for 4 evening. He told us that if we will be done before 4 o clock then we can take that table. So we sit on that table. A few mins later, another waiter told us to not use that table because it is reserved. She told us to move to another table that is next to the washroom if we want. We didnt want to argue with her so we moved to the table next to the washroom. We feel she is a little unfriendly. Goulash that we ordered was great. The red cabbage roast duck was so so. Beer lemonade is awesome! When we asked for the bill, we found out that there are some food that we did not order. The amount is more than what we have actually have ordered. The waiter changed the bill and gave us the correct bill. So, pls check your bill properly before you pay! Otherwise you might end up paying more that what you ordered.

Nice place very authentic. We tried fried chicken, fried cheese and beef tartare.-friend cheese like supermarket frozen product but the sauce!!!! Is amazing!-friend chicken is little bit heavy. I think because it is fried with butter.-steak tartare is okay.Atmosphere is really good, also stuff and the beer are great.

The food was excellent. We got the fried cheese, beef goulash and the chicken schnitzel. They give unlimited refills on the sauce and potatoes and dumplings. We left full and happy.

Huge restaurant with friendly service and fair price. The chicken schnitzel was delicious as well as the fried cheese and the beef goulash.Highly recommend if you want to try the local Czech cuisine.

Average food.did not like it much, it was too bland.Service was good. Pasta was okay. Atmosphere nice. Price is also a little higher than average. If you like a little spice in your food, don't order here.

I’ve been here twice. Once 8 years ago and yesterday (2023). In short it’s a traditional Czech establishment with average food.They have a great beer selection which includes a one of their own! Only the food is average.

I didn’t think I like Czech food until I ate here. Such a fun, beer hall environment. Chicken Schnitzel was delicious, and it was some of the best potato salad I’ve ever tasted. We also had a salad and which had fresh veggies and fabulous cheese!! And of course, the pilsners were wonderful. Definitely a must-eat/experience in Prague.

What’s not to like? Turkey breast schnitzel and potatoes were cooked to perfection as was the sausages and fried cheese. Washed that down with some dark Korel lager and you are good to go. We got here early, so we managed to get a seat, but they are often booked out.
