It was cheap and conveniently located near the Pilsner Urquell Brewery.Walking to the city Center is also not very hard and takes about 15-20min.It was big and spacious, clean enough, although the whole place had a very dark and outdated vibe. Still, it’s good if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.The parking is not free, it’s public and metered on weekdays.

Broken shower head, broken appliance, broken safe, cracking floor, but clean and affordable in a nice location near railway station with friendly staff.It's okay, but wouldn't be my first choice to come back, unless price would reflect condition of some rooms.Rooms may vary in condition, may give it a try next time.

Not a good experience staying in this hotel. They do not do daily cleaning, even if you ask them. Also, the reception staff cant speak English very well, which makes a lot of misunderstanding. Disrespectful behavior of reception staff was another issue.

Such an gentle ambience to have a pleasant stay. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. I love the hotel. And I would happily recommend the travellers who are planning to visit Pilsen. Don’t worry Hotel Astory will be the one of the finest places to stay safe and roam around. Keep it up Hotel Astory ;)

Stayed a night at the Executive Double Room. The room was large! But like other reviews, neat place but not very clean. The water got all over the floow after a short shower, no body washes nor toothbrushes.But the location is perfect. Just a few walks away from the station and Lidl nearby, also Pilsner. We loved the breakfast! I’d come again for the location and breakfast.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked throuth a third-party website, and the pictures accurately reflected the room, reception, and dining area. The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was extremely friendly, and their mastery of the English language made our whole stay very easy. Room was clean and very spacious (for European standards). Breakfast was standard (warm and cold continental eats), but very fresh and delicious. The location was perfect for our visit (6 min walk to Pilsner Urquell brewery, 10 min walk to popular square with restaurants and shopping). Overall, very satisfied with our stay!

When I arrived early to ensure I got a room. Since it was before 1400 I couldn't check in but it wasn't necessary to book a room according the guy at reception. So I left for a toor in the brewery and when I came back no rooms were available. I ended up in a hotel outside of Pilsen.

Very basic breakfast. Big rooms (at least 401), which would need some paint and maybe a good cleaning (some stains in the carpet and the table). Comfortable bed. No wifi signal in the room.Payable street parking in front of the hotel (10kc / hour, 7-19)

Worst hotel in our 8 city trip by far. There was no wifi signal in our room and after asking the reception to fix or change our room, they simply didn't do anything. The receptionist did not speak english, so the communication was awful. The hair dryer also did not work. The toilet was really dirty as well as the bedsheets and the towels. Also there aren't enough tables at the restaurant for the breakfast, so we had to eat standing. Simply awful. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious, clean bathrooms, comfy beds.Very close to the legendary Pilsen Urquell brewery. First problem is the breakfast. We came at 8:30, no food left. Staff told me I should scavenge cutlery from other tables. No butter, no bacon, no coffee. Staff not willing to bring anything. Anyhow, staff is not very helpful with anything. One also has to pay for parking the car, as the parking places belong to the city, not to the hotel. One night we did not have hot water, staff was surprised and unwilling to fix it. TV had no channels.
