Dnešní příspěvek do street artové rubriky ocení zejména dívky. Zaujalo mě, jak dokáže pár barevných uzlíků úplně změnit vzezření laviček, na které jste si původně ani nechtěli sednout.

Má je na svědomí estétka, která si říká Miss Cross Stitch a pochází z nedalekého Německa. And who’s responsible for them? An artist who call herself  Miss Cross Stitch and who’s from Germany. If you visit her website you find out that there are not only flowers that the artist uses, but also animals, etno patterns or Space Invaders. She works mainly in Germany, but has visited Switzerland and Italy, too.

A… kde by bylo lepší to lidem ukázat, než ve veřejném prostoru?”

Once a fashion and jewelry design student, she enjoys embroidering and knitting since childhood. “But,” as she said for Makezine.com, “through the years it was interesting for me to take these techniques and give them a modern context, to show that craft can be more than grandma’s crocheted tablecloth. And … what would be better than to do this than in public spaces?”
