I really enjoyed this gallery and am happy that I made a last minute decision to tour it on the Sunday morning before I left Prague. I only toured Dali and Warhol galleries as those are who I. Am familiar with. The Dali gallery was wonderful and gave some great displays of his work and his life. The Warhol exhibit was more than just his art but also gave a good life story of the man. Not being a learned art scholar I was surprised that he is of Czech decent and dropped the a from his last name to fit it better with the art scene. Stop in if you are in Prague and spend an hour or two here I think you will be quite happy that you did.

visited prague for the first time and loved the art work and the museum set up here. however the older blonde lady in the bright pink top working in the gift shop was extremely rude and unwelcoming, it felt very xenophobic because she was not treating other customers this way. she was so unpleasant i almost put the merchandise i had planned on buying back. i was looking through the posters and books and she threw a fit and told me to not move things and to put them back how they were when other people had been moving things. again loved the art and museum itself, but the organization should really consider hiring a more welcoming staff especially considering how many tourists visit here.

To tell the truth the price for all 3 exhibitions is high for what you actually get to see. The exhibitions are actually small on don't have that much information... I would say the best one is the Andy Warhol one but I definelty wouldn't recommend people to pay for the other two...it feels a bit like a tourist trap!

That’s outrageous ! Hope, this review reaches the management of this gallery or better municipality. I tried to visit new exhibition during the film fest. As mom of 10 months old baby, for sure my child seats in a stroller. How can I get into the building carrying 20 kg stroller with a baby climbing over 3 steps ?? I asked staff in a reception desk whether they have another entrance for strollers or person in wheelchair. No, they haven’t. Nobody cares about accessibility. How is it possible nowadays ? Very disappointed.

Nejmodernější stavba, kterou jsem za svůj krátký život viděla. Vážně moderna. Výstava je velmi pěkná. Pokladní byla ochotná a pověděla nám zajímavé fakta (např. jak se vyrábí určité druhy skla). Každý kousek je originální. Je zábava na to koukat, jak je vše odlišné. Moc velký zájem o sklo nemám=nuda, proto odebírám jednu hvězdu. Vážím si trpělivosti, kterou paní se mnou měla když jsem si vybírala suvenýry.

I went to the Void exhibition, staff very kindly explained at the start how to walk through the installations. Only downside is that I didn’t find an English leaflet to explain the artwork. A plus was that I was able to leave my suitcase in the cloakroom for free.

Krásné muzeum,soukromá sbírka skla více jak 100 let staré. Paní pokladní nám dala odbornou přednášku. Je vidět, že tomu rozumí

Sice nepatřím mezi fanoušky skla či bižuterie, ale PASK jsem si přišel zblízka prohlédnout, protože jde o mimořádně zajímavě pojatou budovu, a to architektonicky, funkčně, i náladou, kterou na vás zapůsobí. Pavilon v zahradě muzea Karla Hostaše byl postaven v roce 1959 pro potřeby výstav klatovských karafiátů. Od 80. let do roku 2013 v něm byl umístěn depozitář a dílny Vlastivědného muzea. V roce 2014 prošel radikální rekonstrukcí, jež byla o rok později oceněna prvním místem v soutěži Grand Prix architektů České republiky. Dnes tu můžete vidět významnou sbírku skla, které vznikalo na sklonku 19. a v prvních desetiletích 20. století v šumavské sklárně firmy Lötz v Klášterském Mlýně nedaleko Kašperských Hor.I am not a fan of glass or fashion jewellery, but I came to see PASK up close, because it is an extremely interesting building, architecturally, functionally, and with the mood that impresses you. The pavilion in the garden of the Karel Hostaš Museum was built in 1959 for the needs of Klatovy carnations exhibitions. From the 1980s to 2013, a depository and workshops of the Museum of National History were housed there. In 2014 it underwent a radical reconstruction, which was awarded first place in the Czech Grand Prix architect competition one year later. Today you can see a significant collection of glass there, which originated in the late 19th and early decades of the 20th century in the glass factory Lötz in Klášterský Mlýn near Kašperské Mountains.

I have just visited one exhibition - Mucha. The place is tiny and a bit pricey, although I loved his art. The staff in the gallery was quite unpleasant and seemed annoyed we were there (hence 3 stars) We visited in the evening, still an hour and a half to the closing time.
