I was told by customer support from UK to schedule identity verfication here, I didn't receive any response to my requests despite multiple urgences via phone, they never even bothered to send me some date options for the appointment or any other response. Completely useless branch and it's employees are incompetent to do even such a basic thing as responding to their customers is.

I was told by UK customer support I could get assistance at this branch. When I arrived they told me they have no access to anything client related and that I'd have to go back to the UK for a basic passport verification. What kind of global banking is this? Disgrace.

As a Premier client I was refused even the opportunity to speak to anyone at the branch location here. This despite having been given specific advice from my UK HSBC Premier support I could go to HSBC Prague for assistance.
