Tak tady už nikdy více.Po obdržení sms k vyzvednutí zboží jsem dorazil do obchodu ale bohužel zboží se nenašlo.Oba obsluhující hledali ale marně. Prý to někdo někam uložil ale neví se kam.A bohužel jsem nebyl sám.

Terrible experience. 2 orders, 2 problems.1st order, only 2 packs of sleeves that according to the website they were on stock. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to be ready for pickup, I sent an email asking for updates. As response I was told that they ran out of the product in the main store, but that they found it in a different one and that the week after that one it would be ready. 2 weeks past and I asked again and now they are saying that they expect it to be ready in August.2nd order, I pre-ordered the MTG LOTR Gift edition 1 month ago. Short after I pre-ordered, the product was removed from the website, of course due to speculation with the price. Today I received an email notifying me that my order was canceled, of course because the product increased the price and it's not convenient for them to honor the pre-orders. They could at least have canceled it sooner, so I could have secured the product somewhere else while the price was still good. Terrible experience, I'm never again buying from JRC

Výkupní cena telefonu se lišila o 4 000 Kč u dvou různých prodavačů ve 2 dnech, což ve mě moc důvěry nevzbuzuje... U druhého (Store manager) bylo jednání zcela korektní a s dobrou cenou.
