My girlfriend is totally unsatisfied. Too expensive, bad approach, and the stylist abosolutely didn't understood what she wanted and kept doing what she wanted do.

Best hairdresser in Prague. Michal Zapomel, the third best stylist all over the world is the manager here.

Very professional hair salon with warm and professional staff. Very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. I have been there for roughly two years and I have always been satisfied.I would like recommended it to every one.

Unsatisfied. I was attracted by the stylish salon and the fact that Michal has Czech models and influencers as customers. What could go wrong? Well, I am a normal person, not famous or anything, but I spent a lot of money here for terrible results. After visiting the salon, my “untouched natural hair” as he stated in the 1st consultation is damaged now, I lost volumen, it breaks easier, does not shine anymore, texture is opaque and it got red/orange color. In the 1st consultation he ensured me that the products they were going to use were natural and friendly with the hair and he would only leave it for 5 minutes. The day I had my appointment one of his employees spread all the product for all over my head (from roots to ends!) and left it there for more than 30 minutes. This literally burnt my natural hair.I am now using expensive hair molecular masks to try to restore it, but it will take up to 1-2 year to restore completely as the damage is in the natural structure of the hair (cuticular). Even with that not sure if my hair will be ever the same. Next time I want a change in my hair I will buy a new hat! Not even bother to claim my money as per other reviews it seems they don’t take customer feedback seriously. Sorry Mr Zapomel, but not happy at all with result and I won’t recommend your salon. Pictures below are taken a month after visiting the salon, as long as time passes it is turning more red/orange, horrible.

So exited to finally get my hair extensions here. In a place that understand the pain and difficulty of having thin hair. They all spoke English and were so professional!

Very professional service. Design of the saloon is very modern and place is very spacy and full of light. While having your hair washed you are sitting on a massage chair. You are being offered to have a drink or coffee while your hairdresser is taking care of you. I have been there more times and I have no reason to go somewhere else in Prague.

Cool saloon. Friendly barbers and staff. I'm always happy with them. My Barber is Yaroslav who is really nice and professional.

The people there are very kind and how they work is just amazing. I love it!

Beautiful place and a very charismatic owner who makes you feel like he really gets what you are looking for during a very charming consultation – but that’s where the positives end. I visited the studio because I was looking for a beautiful haircut (I don’t color my hair) and decided to spoil myself with (presumably) a highly professional experience. Today I wish I had read the reviews first, rather than trusting the salon reputation based on appealing social content and its prominent clients.During a consultation with an owner, we specifically discussed that hair should not be cut too short due to the way I style my hair on a daily basis. The hairdresser that was assigned to me did quite the opposite and the hair was cut very short in the back, however he styled my hair in a way that I didn’t immediately see it (otherwise I would have definitely said something). Moreover, he spoke neither Czech nor English, so there was no really a way to communicate together and whenever I wanted to discuss something, his colleague had to translate for him. Not exactly the experience you’re expecting from a professional hairdressing studio.Also during a consultation, the owner also suggested to apply a bonding color mask just to refresh the natural hair color. While I knew the effect was only temporary, the color literally washed away after 3 or 4 washes which was really disappointing.What really got me though was that after being charged 5.500 CZK for spending 2 hours in the studio, I was charged 75 CZK extra for the bottle of water I was offered during my appointment. It was an extremely unprofessional customer experience and I wish I had been less shocked to actually say something but frankly this just got me speechless at the moment. If really necessary, I highly recommend to the studio to include the basic refreshment in the rate the customer is paying for the service.Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and while I can’t go back in time, I hope my review helps someone else who is still deciding whether or not give it a try.
