I just had a colonoscopy, my second one ever. My first one was made 6 years ago at a big hospital in Prague . Just like the other time I expected to be sedated to twilight, but was only given a quick initial pain injection through the IV. and I was very much awake and it was actually painful at times, although more discomfort. One polyp was found and removed, all as I was watching. Some people might find this interesting, I did not. All the staff from receptionist to nurse and doctor were all very friendly, I recommend the place because it was quick and staff nice. However I would have preferred to be drowsy.

Objednání - velmi rozpačitý a nepříjemný dojem z recepční. Příchod na zákrok (kolonoskopie) před třemi dny - teď recepční za jedna, sestřičky a lékař MUDr. Šebek - jednička s hvězdičkou. Zákrok proveden se snesitelnou bolestí, vše vysvětleno, mohu jen doporučit.

Dr. Šebek and the nurses give absolutely world class care. Wonderful bedside manner and made the whole experience rather fascinating. It's not everyday you get to see your insides with a guided tour!

I went today to perform a medical procedure, everybody was super professional and kind, always with a smile.Worth to mention the russian lady with glasses in reception, not only speaks perfect english, she has probably the best customer care skills I've seen in 12 years living in Prague, congratulations and thank you.

The best clinic in Prague! I was enrolled for Gastroskopie in April but nice lady called and said that they have time earlier. So I have already did it. Doctor and nurse were really professionals! They explained everything, each step. The clinic is located 5min from city center. All equipment is modern. Definitely the best in Prague!

Can’t recommend the place. Asked for the time and date of appointment to reschedule and haven’t heard anything from them. One day before the appointment I receive phone calls and mails very funny. When I asked then to reschedule I got rude and unprofessional mail saying I have to contact other clinics for further examinations. Thanks a lot not.

I do not recommend this clinic. They do not practice good hygiene there. I had gastroscopy there. The doctor came late. When I entered the room the nurse was already wearing gloves. She was doing some things around and checked my blood pressure. Dr. Štrosová was sitting and writing without respirator. The nurse didn’t change her gloves, started right away the procedure with dirty gloves. The doctor did not wash her hands and was holding gloves in her dirty hands while she was putting on the gloves. When I asked them to change gloves they refused. I have bad experience with this clinic.
