DELMART METEOR

Not a big store to visit,but the location is really good. Most of the staff which is sold here, is also sold at the rest of the Delmart stores.

I had a terrible shopping experience at this Delmart with unfriendly and rude staff.The employees didn't even greet me when we entered.I felt uncomfortable and watched while browsing goods. One of the employees was just standing behind and watching what we were doing. That guy had a buzz cut and strange tattoos that appeared to be associated with neo-Nazi symbolism.To make matters worse, my Asian wife was terrified by his presence behind us. As someone of Eurasian descent, I also felt extremely uneasy and unsafe in that environment.I would strongly advise against shopping at this store, as the experience was both unpleasant and potentially dangerous.

I love these small health conscious stores. Veggies are fresher and the sale ghee for a reasonable price.

You can have a good quality shop but czech servise inside. Unfortunately, they are not even able to be kind, tired faces, I felt I wasn’t welcomed there.

the worst service ever! she didn't even say hello, thank you, good bye, She was annoyed that I called her to pay for the croissant....like halo? I paid you..it wasn't stealing it or anything....

Maybe it is a good quality shop but you will always get a czech service inside. :(

I am writing my review as a complaint as we shop here as well on Masarykovo very often. Delmart constantly has same problem with the billing system, mostly with the discounts they have. In 90% of cases the discount never applied and we have to ask lady to add it, which takes more time from us every time we shop here, some times like today it took us 10 extra minutes before we finally managed to go out. Now they have 100kc discount coupon if you buy above 500Kc and again, it was not added, even if I explicitly highlighted it to the lady at the cash desk. It took us 10 extra minutes to explain to ladies, that the discount was not applied (they assumed it did, even it was clearly not, it was not shown on the bill). It is not about getting discounts, it is just every day negative experience and that we have to check our bills constantly and have a bitter feeling that we were fooled. I like this shop, but I am terribly annoyed with your system and sometimes ladies as they miss to add discounts. DO SOMETHING!!!

High-quality products, but often with terrible service.

The worker lady got angry with me and said something in Czech because I was standing in the same spot for long time while she was carrying stuff. I was trying to decide what to buy. Since it is a small store they have this temper. Maybe go to bigger delmarts around town. Less variety of stuff anyway compared to other stores.

The people who work here are racist.I had such a terrible experience here. I walked in, and had the woman working there staring/watching me the whole time. I felt uncomfortable here, especially since the worker swatted an item I wanted to buy out of my hands. I decided not to buy anything because it felt like a hostile environment.However, as I walked out, I was chased down and yelled at. They accused me of stealing because she was racist. I emptied all my pockets and offered them to look into my pockets. I had nothing besides my cell phone.This place is racist, unfriendly, and terrible. Do not ship here.
