Very Great experience. Had issues with Apartment (different pic online) but was clarified very quickly and professional. Parking is a bit tough and there should be a hint somewhere to have 4wheel Drive oder slicks. Food and bar were absolut ok and Local. Skilift is close, ski school also. Should install stairs to hotel instead of street Shared with Cars trying to go up the hill. will come back

Beautiful stay, the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is kind and caring. Marta, Daniel from the restaurant / bar and Teresa at the reception were particularly pleasant! Big plus on the massage and massaging - best experience in a long time.

Good:- Breakfast was amazing- Staff was very friendly.- Great BarBad:- The EV Charger didn’t work and they weren’t able to fix it during our stay.- the first room that was offered to us had mould on the wall. So we had to get another room.- Sauna wasn’t warm enough.

Pytloun Wellness Hotel Harrachov
Hotel has appealing design and good proximity to the city for day walks.Breakfasts are rich and waiter staff was really nice.Also receptionists Jana and Jaroušek made a good impression aswell.What made our stay bittersweet is the fact that gym we were especialy looking forward to use was closed due to reconstruction and we could also hear drilling noises. This is understandable but limited services and comfort should reflect on price which doesn't seem to be the case here.

The place is amazing , placed in the mountains with amazing views. Hotel is modern and beautiful and the personel is great, especially Jiri and Tomas. They will help you and cheer you up everyday , helping in every aspect of your staying here in Pytloun hotel . I really , really recommend this place as well for families , couples and single ones !

Wonderful, quiet hotel... just what we needed after the crowds of Prague. The views from all around the hotel were just perfect. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Rooms spacious and comfortable... Parking was not free.

Lovely place with a beautiful mountain view. Unfortunately, the very bad organisation of breakfast and dinner, where we had to wait even half an hour for a table, even though we had a reservation. Dinner dishes come after 40-50 minutes:-(—,a very small toilet and bathroom. And be careful about the wellness area, it is extra charged which was a big surprise for us as the receptionist claimed it was free. It would be great to have an opportunity to order something to eat in the middle of the day. Last but no least, I really recommend Thai massage :-)

All super wrong since the very first minute.Check in - you need to check in through a terminal located at a corner of a dark bar, 3 waitresses looking at you, as yuo are struggling to fill it in....not very helpful ......authorisation for a payment for the room requested ,though the room was already pre- payed for, as the staff confirmed after being told...another authorisation for a possible damage " fee of 2000 requested to be authorised ..... we got shoe box size room
