My family can recommend this company and Daniel Pachl personally as a mortgage broker.Daniel helped us as foreigners so much on every step of the process. He was always in touch, we could speak English and he explained to me lots of details as I applied for mortgage in Czechia for the first time.I appreciate all the given consultations, support and the result of course. We've got a mortgage for the flat and reconstruction in good conditions.

I needed a loan or mortgage to renovate a property. Eva Gajdošová at Bidli was extremely helpful in explaining my options and the benefits and drawbacks of each, choosing the right product, and dealing with all the related administration. Eva was communicative, engaged, and knowledgeable, and her helpfulness went above and beyond the call of duty.

We have a very bad experience with a real estate agent from Bidli. Very aggressive, forcing various products (electricity, kitchen, etc.), even though we just wanted to buy an apartment. He even blackmailed us and did not want to pass on our interest in the apartment in case we did not promise him that we would take electricity and a kitchen from him. He explained to us that he gets points for everything and then goes on holiday for them for free. The culture at Bidli looks very toxic, and profit-oriented at all costs. Impersonal, cheeky and very unpleasant experience. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

+ Transaction finished successfully+ Willing to help+ Communication- Sometimes you need to push them to get job in time- Some bank subjects does not have process with Bidli in place (eg you come to bank and they tell you that it is not your job but it should be done by your adviser from Bidli)

I would like to say thanks to bidli for their service. Especially I am very happy with the service Věra Baťková, Ondrej Mullur and Jan Oktabec. They helped me throughout the process of buying the apartment. These guys are very professional and helpful.

I can higly recommend Mrs. Gajdosova, who is helping me with financial tasks regarding to mortgage. She always prepared all domcuments, explained all my questions even several times, as I´m not fully orientated in this area. I have signed with Modra Pyramida a contract for property insurance and I was not fully instructed on how to use the extraordinary maintenance coverage insurance by KB. The consultant did not inform me (intentionally and dishonestly) that I should have phoned AXA Call Center in the case of emergency in order to be reimbursed by KB. Very unprofessional and dishonest !

Veronika Šámalová a Dmytro Soshkin helped a lot to arrange good Hypoteka in Modra Pyramida on good rates. They are Always responsive and consulted me a lot on all my concerns.
