Fast, to-the-point attitude. If something's not in stock at the moment, they'll order it for you too make it available at the earliest possible time, sometimes that very afternoon. Looks neat. Usually friendly approach, but sometimes you bump into an arrogant smart ass behind a counter, thus 5 minus 1 start

Unprofessional employess with no costumer experience at all. I went there with car license papers for a accurate compatible product atthe guy with beard and glasses( around 40s 50s).he did not even try to help! Like you people do not want money! Never again! Learn your people some costumer approach.Do not deserve even 1 star

Completely useless. Went there on a Saturday but part wasn't in stock. I was told that they will have it in by Monday morning. I went to collect on Monday afternoon but they still didn't have it. They then told me that I shouldn't come until they call or text me that the part has arrived. Well it's been almost two weeks now and no contact. I will now order from Germany and never use these losers again
