Haircut here is an ideal gift for a man. The experience is great as they threat you like a valued customer even if you came for the first time. The barbers are professional and just the right amount of talkative.Even though I really liked the experience I won't come back regularly as it's not worth the money. You can get similar haircut for third of the price.

Decent and polite barbers. But the welcome staff is pretty much impolite towards foreigners,e.g. wouldn't offer you water, etc. while they will to someone Czech right in front of your face. Wouldn't return there, there is better value for your money in Prague.

I've been there 3 times. First two visits were ok, nothing special but ok. The last one was horrible. The barber was probably new (inexperienced). His hands was shaking and he was obviously struggling a lot. And the result did not met standard either. I do understand that everyone was starting someday, but customer should be inform upfront and definitely shouldn't pay full price.

First haircut in Prague, first and last at this barbershop. I asked for the czk 490 haircut (only with the mashine). But toward the end when i noticed the guy wasn't going to touch the top ( never happened to me before) i asked him to clean it up just a little, (I have thin hair on top). So he used the sisor instead of the mashine, just briefly, didn't even cut from length. I guess that bumped the price to czk 600. I didn't say anything at check out, but within days it was apparent the haircut wasn't that great and not worth the money. Feeling that i was ripped off and maybe taken advantage of, since I'm a foreigner, i decided to leave this lovely review..

An average service that is way too overpriced for the quality you get. Staff is friendly and the barbers are obviously very professional. Yet, the barber who gave me the haircut was more focused on impressing with accompanying services (hair wax,massage, etc.) rather than with his hair cutting skills.Overall - I'm disappointed with how average and overpriced the service was. You'd get the same result in you local hairdresser for half the price.

On a fine Saturday morning i entered and was greeted by mild smell of moth and a lady behind the counter.I hit gold with English, but struck manure with price (740czk?!) and invitation for making reservation.The place was completely empty nothing and no one else was there, i had just asked for a haircut, yet - no dice...The lady was polite, there was some cool vibe music, the space was pleasant to the eye, hence 2 and not 1 star.

Excellent customer service, friendly and very accommodating. Can be a bit pricey, but you get the full pampered experience if you pay.

Always great experience to go there, very welcoming staff who speak English perfectly and quick service. Better to book a slot online to make sure to have space.
