Friendly staff, good sortiment, but the shopping floor is maze. Confusing direction boards, no clear shopping path, even though it is smaller than competition, much easier to get yourself a little bit lost.

We bought a kitchen from Mobelix, at the beginning very nice experience and friendly staff but once you buy it the customer service is a nightmare. They outsource the installation with other companies and they don’t take accountability of mistakes. They did installation 70% and then came back 2 weeks later (in between nobody knows and you have to deal with the supplier on your own). Then Mobelix promised us that the kitchen will be electrically connected (we asked for it and everything was ready). Obviously the supplier forgot to do it and to connect it we have to remove half of the central desk with need of 2 workers. Call back to Mobelix, the person is on vacation, the second one told us to deal with the supplier, you ask for a manager nobody is available etc etc. That’s what you are signing for with Mobelix, mistakes happen but nobody takes accountability of it.

terrible location, inconvenient for foreigners , all write in Czech , i can't believe it's in Prague . And inconvenient for the people who doesn't drive the car , the only thing i like is the service and the workers are friendly

Very poor customer service. Employess are reluctant to help and obviously do not like each other betweeen companies XXX LUTZ and Mobelix. Do not recommend and go to IKEA instead.

I bought one mirror today. Waiting pick up time for it was 1 hour!!!!!!! Really???Restaurant is too expensive just like the products.
