Never ever will visit this copy center for printing a few docs.The minimum order they have is 30 Kc (this innovation" they have this year

Just got back from SOVA COPY and I’m so outraged by the behavior of the girl in there that I will literally write my first ever bad review on Google.We have been working hard on achieving my first ever image and graphic design to achieve my dream flyer and because I don’t know much about IT or computer world, I thought I would be in good hands in any print center really, because I imagined the people who are attending me there are quite up to date and ready to help.I resend email from my graphic designer to the girl there and she said there is no file attached, looking very annoyed that I’m destructing her from her chat on internet she was in the middle of.I said I had the PDF right here in my phone and could she please help me to retrieve it so they could print the flyers.She said she has no idea how to do this and it’s my business to find out.I had to comunicate via text with my graphic designer to find the way meanwhile she said my presence is disturbing her so she’s going out to have a cigarette.I finally found out that she just needs to double click on the link and that’s why there wasn’t a file to which I was told she can’t do that for security reasons, than I thought of using the air drop printer which she also refused for security reasons…. Therefore I will have to go and find a copy center somewhere else that will actually help me to print my 500 flyers that I actually wanted to have printed in there because they are right next to my house….. BAD BUSINESS!

It's small but has just what you need, the lady is so nice and kind, and she speaks perfect English. Very pleasant experience!

Very rude lady working here. I definitely do not recommend. Disgusted staff, worst stationery experience ever, i would never think that i would write a review for a stationary place but this a must, DO NOT go to this place

Don’t trust them! “Print in 30 minutes, Rest Point available when waiting for your new business cards.”I asked them for express delivery they advertise on their website. And: “Our current delivery time is 14 DAYS”!EDIT: their reply exactly confirm what I wrote. On the website one hour means 14 days if you really ask them. There is no announcement “sorry, express print not available” or “fully booked”. Everything is designed to lure you. Horrible and cheating website.
