Good if you’re a seller, less if you’re a buyer (even if discounted, RK fees were on the buyer).Generally a selection of premium property, locations and residences.I bought a flat advertised bythis real estate agency in summer 2022.The process lasted 4-5 months because seller that was hiding with the agent a crazy personal situation that was eventually revealed to me only after my bank requested clearer information and confirmations about the seller’s personal situation that couldn’t be easily provided to proceed with the mortgage.Luckily the real estate agency’s lawyer found a solution that involved a huge and complexe contract workaround but we lost so much time with the non-flexibility of the seller, holidays, the long-elapsed time to answers to any questions, the contract review and the usual land register delays. My lawyer really had to work hard to make it work and sending reminders. Even if agreed at the end, my contract also didn’t show initially the ID of flat dependencies, that’s a key info we had to request to add!The best was at the end, during all the process, I wasn’t allowed in the flat by the seller to plan reconstruction and found out that the seller was renting out my flat even after the sale and I had to wait even few more days after payment was acknowledged received for the flat to be vacated. Of course some keys/remote were missing during the handover protocol which was really a joke due mainly to sellers’ behaviour who were even late.On the other hand, I was probably unlucky to have these sellers and so was the agent that cannot be fully held responsible of all what happened. Under time pressure, I really wanted this flat that I’m now satisfied with after an intensive redesign.Besides all this unbelievably complicated process, no extra discount was offered on the fees.

Аренда: сняли апартаменты с паркингом на год. По непонятной причине менеджер не подвязал номер для открытия ворот на паркинге. Обещал решить вопрос, но перестал выходить на связь.
