A bit tricky to get there by car from direction I came (North). Shop is big with possibility to try and play with friends for 70czk fee/person. Very nice employers, good possibility for parking. Toilets.

Online shop works very well, with detailed information and shipping choices. I was regularly receiving updates about my order and then shipment.The only observation I had is that I could not complete the order and go to payment if I was using English language. I had to switch to Czech and try it again and it worked.

Ordered from them several times from another country. Shipping is fast and relatively cheap (items arrived in 2 days in mint condition). Pricing is fair, support could help me in English. I recommend them.

I'm disappointed in the store's failure to ship the ordered goods WITHIN the Czech Republic. The only option I was given was to retrieve them personally in the store in Prague. Other than this inconvenience the ordered goods from another country were available fast and when I came to pick them up in the store they were without a single scratch.

5 stars for the vast selection of w40k and tabletops. Pretty sure the biggest in the Czech Republic. One of the few places where one can get unlocalized English games. They even got Kickstarter games sometimes. But... minus 2-3 stars for the horrid customer service I was unfortunate enough to experience... None of my emails were answered, which I didn't mind as much, so I went to the store with the questions and intentions to buy. Was interested in a 200$ game and asked the clerk for some advice. 'Sorry, I have customers.'... They didn't seem to be too busy in the next 2 hours we stayed to try and understand the game... We left without buying anything. Second time we came back hoping for different treatment... 'Sorry, no time, there's a 30 minute tutorial on Youtube, watch it.'... We were really ready to spend quite a bit of money there, oh well. Perhaps do your own research before coming, to avoid having to ask questions.
