Everything is available. Lots of variety to offer. As an Indian we got lot of common things like sunfloor oil, basmati rice,tea.etc.Shopping experience is smooth even though there is language barrier people are very cooperative.

If you go between 2pm and 6pm you have to be crazy. It's so busy and the layout of the store is such that long queues tail from the checkout down the length of the store and into the side aisles. Since the trolleys are large and there are few baskets to be had (AND they pile new stock in the aisles), it's impossible to even browse the shelves in that half of the store. Many people dump their things and leave in frustration. The place needs a complete new design. The good thing about it is that they do stock some things that the other supermarkets don't have - eg. more kinds of pasta, rice, cooking oils and vegetables, to name a few.

If you feel like fighting throngs of angry shoppers, then by all means, go to this Kaufland. As with all other Czech grocery stores, you will spend too much for low quality stuff here. But that is what you get for being a buyer in Czech Republic. If you want a better quality-to-cost ratio, go buy your groceries in another country. :/

They just let me order fish for Xmas dinner over the phone, so I wouldn't have to come in there twice and increase the crowd density. Sadly, when I came to collect the fish, I was told Kaufland didn't provide this service and that there is no order to collect. That was really tough on the evening before Xmas day.
