You need to stay away or think twice before you work with them. This is the worst carrier company I have ever seen. It has been a month and I still haven't received my goods yet! I have sent google map, link, photos of the street, the exact address, however they still cant find the address in a city with 1.5 million population! They don't read their e mails, they don't respond to any queries. Phone connection is impossible! And the worst thing is, you can`t find anyone who can speak English with you in CZ! Today their CZ web site is not functioning either. Their service is a huge shame in Prague!

constantly telling that my address is wrong like as I don't know where I am living. After checking it again it's appears that it is right!Also the first time they said i wasn't home when i certainly was as I am working from home. Your phone hotline is even worst. No english! and no help at all. We have send all our parcel with our company with DPD. That was the last time. Lost a private customer and a business customer with hundreds of parcel a month.Horrible experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! If you have a chance to use any other postal service please do. I was waiting on a parcel from the UK and had parcel tracking. As soon as I saw on the tracking info that “the package couldn’t be delivered due to incorrect address” I contacted dpd immediately. The address provided was correct, but even then I was willing to pick up the package myself at a pickup point. For two weeks I’ve been trying to contact them I have received no response. No number to talk where I can talk to a real person and not an automated message sending me to their website. Then I reached out to the original sender to see if they could contact dpd themselves since they wouldn’t respond to me. They didn’t respond to them either. Yesterday I received an email from dpd informing me that the package has already been sent back to the destination. Without my knowledge or consent. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, and DPD does not care about its customers. Horrible!!! I will recommend against them to everyone I know and will never use their services again.

Consecutively lowering the level of service. Used to like this delivery company. And it was my preferred company. But the quality went down dramatically since last year and seems that they won't do anything about that. Again package not delivered. I had no info about delivery upfront and a currier called that he is Infront of the house. I was not at home. So I asked for delivery the next day and changed my plans to be all day home. Guess what? no delivery no contact nothing. What a service. I haven't chosen this delivery company as it was the french post who gave this package to DPD but never will I ever choose this company. Avoid at any stakes if possible. I thought the company went trough taught period last yearbut unfortunately it seems to be the standard as the management clearly does nothing with the terrible situation. Unfortunately if it would be possible to give 0 starts they would get it.

This shipping company has the worst service ever received, the don't call the number they have and do not leave any documents when they TRY TO DELIVER". Every shipment i have done with them had problems better to avoid this company at any cost."

Extremely poor service.Sometimes they succeed to deliver packages but the majority of times they just fail or lie.Just recently They've been trying to deliver a package to me for 3 days, and every time they write that I was not at home or I didn't pick up my phone, and they actually never even tried to call me. One of the times by chance I managed to catch their courier while parking in front of my address, and he told me that he doesn't have a package for me... 15 minutes later my tracking changed to: Courier tried to deliver

They just stole my package :) there was no call from courier or any other notifications, they just put a signature and marked package as delivered.... Good job DPD :)

Horrible... Unfortunately I couldn't avoid this delivery service when I was placing the order of my package. If I could, I would! We had bad experience from before. My package was supposed to arrive at some scheduled time. It didn't so I was checking the courier on that tracking map when it was like 10mins late it said courier has 8 more packages to drop off before reaching your address" so I was like okay its near... But when I checked after hour (they were basically 2h late) it said "16 packages left before reaching you" ... Worst thing is

Horrible service.. They have not collected the parcels at all, despite the email confirmation.We spent all day at home waiting, no answers to emails or phone service. There’s no way to talk to someone in English.Later we received an email that the order was cancelled and they don’t find in their system…I would not give any stars if it was possible

Unfortunately a shipper uses this company, and I keep an open mind with every delivery, just to be consistently let down. They state a delivery day, then falsely state an agreement with the receiver was made. At parcel delivery centre."New delivery date agreed upon."Nothing was agreed. It is a written lie entirely just to buy them time.If you expect anything delivered that is near any public holiday
