Pretty darn good burrito considering this chain being in Prague and definitely a late refuge since it’s open till 1am. Staff is helpful and the size of the burrito is pretty big for 200czk. I had the pulled beef with my usual mix. Next time I would skip the very small scoop of guacamole (25czk extra) and instead pay for an extra potion of meat. Do mind there’s a lot of liquid in the sauces so your burrito might start dripping more than your usual Chipotle burrito.

The food was cold, too much bbq sauce (you couldn’t taste anything else and vegetables way too mushy) and the meat didn’t taste fresh… for that price I expect at least a decent warm food.the two starts are only because of the nice stuff and a clean toilet.

The quesadilla was good and the size was fair, though I had to pay an extra 15 crown for one spoon of beans.The food is served on a piece of carton, barely fitting on it.This could be improved, but overall we had a good experience.

Sadly I can only confirm that this joint doesn't pay attention to the orders. First time we ordered an item from our order was missing. We let it go since everyone can make a mistake. Now we have built our burritos and received black beans instead of pinto beans and they have mixed salsas (hot instead of mild). Upon contacting the restaurant via site we ordered from, we received a response that the restaurant will try (yes! will try) not to mix the orders in the future and for the salsa they blamed us for having low threshold for spiciness. Personally, I'm not going to give them another chance.

Yesterday evening time I went for vegetarian burrito bowl at Hrachanska branch and when I reached home to have my dinner .I found out that there were meat inside. I am really disappointed as I follow my religion from my childhood I never even have meat in my life .This is so serious matter and I must say this is not normal to me .I don't know what to tell you but this is the religious matter and I can't explain you how I felt about it .please ask your staff to be more concentrated while taking vegetarian food. Thank you.

I can't even count (or remember) the number of times I visited Burrito Loco after a night out during Erasmus. Their food filled a place in my heart that previously belonged to Chipotle in the States.❤️

If you’re looking for a good amount of mexican food options, the burrito loco is the one for you. It is fast food but it’s very delicious. The vegetarian options are good as well as the meals are customizable. To make it veggie, you can add beans and choose your spiciness. However, it is quite expensive and the staff wasn’t really patient and friendly. If you’re a foreigner you can’t possibly translate all the options that fast. The staff tried to rush us by saying “so you’re not ordering” like 1 minute after entering the place even though we were the only people there. But still we would eat there again.

I've been here quite a few times without a hiccup, the food's been good and i was happy. Well today I am a changed man. The rice in the burrito was harder than my morning wood. I've never heard of such thing as crunchy rice until today. The lettuce seemed like it came straight from the freezer and the meat was most likely not hot to begin with. In short, the burrito was cold, sad, disappointing and honestly quite depressing. Something smelled like old brownish-green wet slimy lettuce that you find at the bottom of the veggie basket in your fridge, probably the lettuce. I cannot express my utter grief that I have suffered whilst eating this meal. The staff was not friendly at all, i really hope this was a one off and I'll come back to try this place again when I get through the great personal pain my experience here inflicted on me. Next time I'd rather use the money for the McDonald's charity.
