Fantastic experience at Petra Clinic, the staff were very friendly, the environment was extremely clean and comfortable. I’m super happy with the results of my treatment and the amazing consultation I received prior to proceeding with my procedure. I will definitely be back again in the future.

Awful ! If you don’t wanna be mutilated, never visit this place. Also they just take your money and you won’t get resultsI wish you closed as soon as possible. You deserve it !

One of my best friend had a terrible experience with this Clinic. She had to remove a tattoo, they asked for 20k czk and they didn't even remove half of it! Once asking for explanations, they replied she could go somewhere else! Extremely and strongly not recommended, very unprofessional and lacking of customer care!

I went there for a procedures which cost 3000 czk each ans it took them just 3-5 mins to do it. I asked many times if it’s done correctly for so short time and they said yes. Of course after paying them so much money and they did almost nothing there was no result. Don’t go to this clinic, they just want your money and that’s it!!!!

Thank you to Petra Clinic team and namely to Ms Alena for wonderful job removing my dark spots. It has been only five days now and I feel and look great. Petra Clinic provides quality work,from the first step to the last. Everything was explained to me well, every question answered, price set right from the beginning. It's a clean and professional place with the most pleasant staff.Recommended!

I've seen a tattoo removal they performed on my friend and to be honest I was terrified, 80% of the tatto still visible and a burnt out skin, if that's the offering for 20k I would recommend to invest them elsewhere

A friend of mine requested a tattoo-removal procedure worth 20.000 crowns. After 4 sessions, the tattoo is not even half gone and looks like a giant stain. The clinic then told my friend that way more sessions (that are painful and long) were needed, while this was not announced at the beginning. The physical and psychological damage done cannot be described. Please do not go for such procedure with this clinic.

Absolutely NOT recommended. My friend paid 20k czk to remove her tattoo and it’s not even half gone.When she complained about that, they told her to go to another clinic. Totally disrespectful and zero customer oriented!
