Narychlo jsem potřeboval papír, který by se hodil pro slavnostní příležitost. Asi jsem nemohl narazit na lepší obchod

Milá obsluha, hned se mě ujali, poradili, pomohli a zároveň mi dali dostatek času a prostoru si nabídku poté projít i bez asistence. Za menší poplatek nabízejí i nařezání papíru na různé formáty. Papír mi na cestu krásně zabalili. Dá se platit kartou.

Velký výběr papíru, milá obsluha

I came there to by a certain product of a company from Germany. The company told me that Papyrus is their official trading partner in Czech Republic. When I came to the shop and asked about the product they Just told me tgey don't have it without even checking in their system. Even when I came back another time and showed them the message of the contact Person of the company and the product sheet the were totaly uncooperative. After this disappointment I called the hotline where they showed the exact same uncooperative behavior. They told me to wait a moment to call me back and then they turned down their hotline. Just when I sent them an Email I received a message four days later with the information about the material being in stock. So all in all it was a very frustrating experiance to get my time stolen by such an incompetent company. Thanks for nothing.
