Nové Lázně Ensana Health Spa Hotel

The Roman baths are filled with pool water. Jacuzzi is cold. Breakfast is great and rooms are nice. Cleaning staff is not good they didn't change towels and didn't really do anything.

This is the best medical spa hotel I have been to.The service from reservations to reception to medical services is outstanding.If you are smart enough to seek out medical attention for severe complex health issues without resorting to harmful pharmaceuticals, this is the only medical facility you need to visit. Absolute miracle workers.I suffered a severe diving accident in 2019 and was left unattended by Interhealth Canada hospital on Grand Turk Island.The lack of medical care left me with a damaged liver and two strokes. I cannot take medication.I was experiencing seizures every few weeks and the head doctor, Doctor Hovorkova at Nove Lazne Marianbad prescribed treatments to help me.I am getting my life back thanks to these amazing doctors and nurses. I will continue to promote the life saving medical services of Nove Lazne.Thank you.Ed Lilly

Dear all, I would like to share with you my impression of the stay in hotel Nove Lazne.This is not my first time and I hope not the last my visit to hotel. I like this hotel with a mood and historical past. Rooms are suitable. There are everything what could you need. I like the restaurant menu and service from the nice girls - waiters. The whole state were friendly and helpfully.The massage therapists Vadim and Maria ( B3) I would recommend for all who wanted to have good massage.Thank you for good time we spent at the hotel Nove Lazne.

It is my second time coming here. So far, very satisfied with the service provided, including food served in royal restaurant and general cleaning. The hotel itself has a very nice atmosphere, great interior design, big and well lit rooms.

My sister and mother and I are not guests of the hotel, but we really wanted to visit this spa, unfortunately the woman at the reception was very unfriendly and rude, irritated, so we discouraged any desire.

We stayed at the hotel Nove Lazne for about 3 weeks. It is our fourth time staying there. The stay was great. The room was very clean. The personnel were very friendly and professional. If you want to get medical help don’t think about it because they are not a hospital. I want to especially highlight two personnel that work there. They both do massages. They are Lukas Koutecki and Lenka Tomanova. If you need a massage I would only recommend either one of them. They are the best and very professional. They hold themselves always to a high standard. We tried every personnel that does massages and no one can compete with them or match on the quality they do. Dear management, could you please reward both of them for how they go above and beyond with customers. For women who would like to visit the hotel Nove Lazne, I would like to give you some advice. When you do the mud pack watch for the guy who brings a bucket with the mud and his name is Jaroslav Mulik!!! Watch out for him!!! He peeks at naked women from the door way of the cabin. I complained about it, but it looks like the ignored it and they said that the door of the cabin does not close properly.

amazing hotel, beautiful decor and high-standard furniture etc.. excellent spa and thermal baths, amazing massages, friendly staff!Only (small) thing to improve: the pool water is too cold for a thermal bath! it would be great to have 38 or 42 degree temperature water.And the bar could remain open a little longer;)Otherwise all perfect! highly recommended

We stayed at this spa with another couple for 2 weeks.Accommodation, service, treatments and food are great.Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating.Highly recommend to everyone!

Shockingly rude and unhelpful lady at the Spa reception. I enquired after a treatment and was told I need a prior consultation even though it's from your list of 'freely purchasable Spa treatments' as I checked before and hence me asking about it. When I challenged her she then said that all spa treatments are reserved for hotel guests only?! At this point it was clear she would say just about anything to get rid of us.What a shame as by reading the reviews this is a common practice, better take my custom to the likes of VivaMayr in the neighbouring Austria as you have a lot to improve on in the customer service department.

We have booked a wellness package, and everything is really inspiring and nice so far. I love the romantic look, the friendly staff, the architecture. Facilities are lovely old fashioned with modern facilities at the same time. Tasteful luxury. Marienbad is a healing place, and this hotel is combined with two others which share some spa offers, which is to the benefit of the guest. The buffett has been excellent this evening (we arrived today), offering a good variety of deliciously fresh dishes. We can only recommend this hotel so far, and we have some more days to spend here.. lucky we are! We enjoy the springs all over the place, and Hotel Nove Lazne has my favourite, the forest spring, directly in the hotel, fantastic.If you need revitalization, this is a perfect place.
