Cosmetologist doesn’t take appointments 3 weeks in advance nor reply when you follow up

The hairstyle and manicure were absolutely wonderful and lasted so long. That was the first time I was totally satisfied with the service.Girls are amazing, very kind, lovely and profesional.I strongly recommend!

I usually don’t go to the hairdresser when I want a change, but I thought I’m going for vacation to Prague so I’m gonna treat myself! Making the appointment was as easy as it could be, I just wrote a message via instagram and send them a photo of what I wanted. When I arrived at the salon I got a heartwarming welcome and a coffee in less then 2minutes. The stylist that did my hair was so nice and helpful, we talked through what we going to do and then she started. During the process I had like tummy ache and head ache and the stuff did everything to help me and take care of me. In the end i was feeling really good again and got this perfect hair. Everyone was so thoughtful and welcoming, I didn’t wanted to leave, because they were so nice! I‘m gonna come back as soon as I can. That’s all I have to say ( the before and after speaking for themselves )

The Total Beauty Salon is the best beauty salon in the city. All the staff is super professional and for me is very comfortable that I can do all things in advance - during the best hairdresser ever Viktoria is doing my hair, the manicurist is doing my nails and I am saving a lot of time. Also the location is very central. I am visiting this salon from the opening day and very happy that I found it for myself!!!

I highly recommend this salon . I was in Prague for a few days and needed a haircut and blow dry and wash. I searched online and found this salon close to me with many good reviews . I stopped by and was given a time slot the same day . I was greeted with tea as soon as I walked in . My hairdresser Anastasia did a great job cutting and styling my hair. She was very sweet and I left the salon feeling so much better. Their price is also very reasonable . I paid 850 czk for medium length hair end trim and wash and blow dry. I have to mention I have a lot of hair and price seems fair for my type of hair .

I didn’t get the name of the Stylist , but she was tall, brunette, and Russian. She did a beautiful job on my shampoo and blow dry. Even with the language barrier we use Google translate my hair lasted for over a week!

I regular go to this salon, my hair stylist Elena does a wonderful coloring. I also did an express recovery procedure. highly recommend.
