A beautiful studio space with great facilities and a great energy. The three teachers are all great, quite different and all great fun. Their yoga challenges me and I have made a huge amount of progress and thoroughly enjoyed doing it. Highly recommend a rocket session!

Very nice yoga studio with quality teachers. Nevertheless the changing rooms are tiny, they ask for rental fee for the mat (50 Kč) and the gym rooms lack acutely fresh air. Also placing the music amplifier just beside me during the class just didn't do it. You can reserve your class online. Multisport covers the whole class cost.

Lovely studio, great instructor, very friendly receptionist. Challenging class but no pressure to go further than comfortable. I will be back!

My favourite yoga studio in Prague so far. It is welcoming and cozy. Even when the classes are full, there is enough space for everyone and the selection of diverse teachers is amazing.

Great studio, friendly and really nice, calming and clean atmosphere. Every teacher has a unique style, I really enjoy taking classes here.

I love this yoga studio so much! One of the main reasons is that yoga is not just business there but also a lifestyle. Where else you would find lessons at the weekend or on a Christmas day? I appreciate the flexibility, unique style of every teacher and that you can practice at your own speed.

Wonderful group of people! I had such a fabulous experience taking a yoga workshop, instructed by Carson Calhoun. They made it easy to reserve a spot in the class and communicated quickly by email when I had a question. When they changed the venue to accommodate more people, they sent an email with clear instructions. When I was unable to attend the second day of the workshop, they voluntarily refunded me. I assumed a refund was not possible but they insisted saying I should only pay for the class I attend. Their instructors attended the class and they were all talented and friendly. Will definitely be being going back to take more classes as long as I'm in Europe.

Amazing!! We are tourists in Prague and you can come as a one time guest and we could pay via Paypal. So flexible and easy. Best yoga class yet, so friendly, challenging but supportive and relaxing. Definetly recommend!!

I love the way the Alex, Lisa and Betty are running this studio. Atmosphere here is so nice, friendly and calm. Classes are great. And you have plenty options of various teachers. Also there many special occasions, guests and events around. Highly recommended for both foreigners/czechs. So far best studio in Prague from my experience.
