Good e-shop. You can pay in advance and choose to pick up from one of the 3 shops in Brno. You can also pay on place. Staff was speaking english, online support too. Our order was ready for pick up the next day.

The shop has it's own tradition here in Czech republic, but the collection process can be improved when customer order and pay online.Because when I went to the shop I waited in the cue and when I reached the seller I have been told that I need to scan my invoice and wait again for the collection what wasn't really convenient for me.There should be at least someone by the door to inform the customers, where they should go.Apart of it great experience with the same day pickup.

It's fast. Since the number of customers they have in this branch, they don't seem to have time for the marketing BS-talk about how you should buy also an insurance against theft for your 300 CZK kitchen accessory or something (they'll send you an e-mail anyway, don't worry xD). That's why I like this branch.Otherwise, no good place to park a bike and it's in the middle of the least civilized Brno district.The public transport station is conveniently close.
