Our experience with Gennet was a painful one. After 2 cancelled cycles in Ireland, we decided to try abroad, we were very hopeful. We went for Irish Package which was a big mistake. It turned out Kate and Irene are just good sale people but they only care about money. Going through IVF is emotionally hard and for me personally, there is no comparison and empathy from Gennet. It was a very disappointing experience and we feel we just wasted our time and money. After waiting all day for feedback from our final IVF scan in Ireland (which is quite important information when you have to book last-minute flights and accommodation...) we were told late in the evening, in a very cold email that there is only 1 good size follicle and that we can come for collection OR our only option in donor egg...Everything in a cold email, no care, no compassion. Our protocol with Gennet wasn't different from what we did in Ireland, they didn't try anything different even though they knew I'm a poor responder to stimulation.

We had a great experience with Gennet, and thanks to them, we have our beautiful baby daughter. We can not recommend them enough. The Irish package is excellent, and the whole experience was made so much easier by Kate and Irene, who were always very friendly, professional, and supportive. Their detailed and prompt replies to emails made attending the clinic in Prague as easy as attending one in Ireland, and their support and guidance helped enormously.The staff and Dr. Danek in Gennet was also amazing. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. We would highly recommend Gennet to anyone considering IVF abroad.

Everything was perfect.Communication fast and easy, all questions have been completely answered.First appointment via Skype, and then all the process managed via email, without any mistake or misunderstanding. In case of clarification, Martina was ready to reply to everything we asked.Even the visit to the clinic was fantastic: relaxing place, quite and nice; the staff it has been seemed prepared and reliable.We are proud to suggest this clinic to everybody...And now... let's wait!!!!

If you are wanting to process through treatment quickly please avoid this clinic. My partner and i both found them hard work to communicate with with lots of attitude we wasted months trying to get through to them to get booked in. In the end we just decided that the way they communicated with us was enough for us to walk away. We messaged another Prague clinic who were amazing they called us we booked in two days later and they helped with accommodation recommendations and airport pick ups. The new clinic was super helpful not like this clinic.Who use made us stresses with their attitude.AVOID!

I can’t recommend Gennet enough. I used the Irish Package and an Irene and Kate were fantastic. You could tell how much they cared. They answered every email I sent promptly even on weekends and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We have a beautiful baby boy now and Currently expecting twins all because of Gennet. We were successful on the first transfer and first FET. Dr Danek is very professional and warm for a consultant.

Cannot recommend Gennet enough. We have our daughter and twins on the way because of Dr Danek. We used the Irish package with Irene and Kate ensuring the process ran smoothly and were always available at the end of an email .

Received an absolutely horrible and incredibly insensitive reply by email about my blood tests. I am older but was still hopeful. This company says it provides assistance for up to 48 years old. Im 42 but was told because of my ‘high age’ along with another factors I’d have very little chance basically. Ok I suppose the facts are the facts but it was the way it was written. The person who wrote it didn’t even bother to put their name as a sign off. No humanity or kindness. Would highly un recommend anyone deal with this place.

By far the best Decision we made. Dr Danek is absolutely Amazing doctor and all staff in Gennet are brilliant .Cannot Forget their two Earth Angels that work in Ireland with their Irish package. Kate and Irene they go above and beyond for Couples.
