Terrible communication, poor customer service, and hard to navigate through the website! I email to book a treatment , they tell me I need to call reception. I called reception , he tells me I need to email to book a treatment. I explain that on the email they sent me to reception and he tells me send another email. I sent another email and I got no response from the receptionist as I was promised. I asked the difference between two rituals, they don’t know. I asked the price for the treatment, again - they don’t know and confirm that this is not on price list, you need to call other number to find out. I know it’s not on the price list that’s why I’m asking. Disgusting how lazy some people can be. WHO hires them? To get a full range of treatments listed in English you need to email too because the website has got only a few massages listed on it. Unacceptable service.

There is no housekeeping at night, the food sometimes good and sometimes bad I don't know why ! , no internment to do it inside like any games , I watched a football match in a bar ( but it's close in 10:30 pm)

Nice place beautiful area. Spacious rooms. Kids playground at walking distance. Great staff. Prices are higher than expected.

Amazing place the rooms the view and the restaurant have arabic food live music . Ptivide Treatment with radon and other treatment to releuf the pain I liked the place too much

Beautiful hotel but the staff needs to be hospitable and smile more. And asking first before taking away table utensils, theyre always in hurry to take away empty plates. and end of dinner time is so early 7:30 pm.

Luxury Hotel Spa.Many staff are rude and poor EnglishFood buffet is limited and sometimes tasteless.Many treatments are hoax like CO2 bath , injection or bags. Radon bath may be a lie.They don't care about guest satisfaction.

they have old classic treatment which is good and well organized the food mostly good even that the timing of the meals conflict of the treatment sessions most people miss the meals because of that.the staff found them most of the times rude and never smiles.hygiene and cleaning very very poorno entertainment at all except the small Cafe with no TVInternet very expensiveno parking and you try to pay alot to park a carnot suitable for sick or disabled peopleno body help with touristic informationthe prices are extremely expensive now compare to few years ago plus so many extra unreasonable chargesoverall rating as a guest and a DOCTOR would never visit that place again and would not recommend it to any body

Radon water makes you feel so funky, 100/100 definitely recommend. Especially the sauna and the relaxing facilities, it really is a palace

organised, cleanliness,healthy environment professionalism from all providers and staff I have received great satisfaction and a healthy refreshing lift with energy boost. Shall return shortly.
