Unfortunately we got room in the basement which was way too moisty and extremely tiny. I believe the rooms upstair are ok. But accomodation was cheap for the location at least.

A place for active trekkers who are aware of the conditions of such places. If you are looking a place to crash for a night or two and hit the road again it is a place for you. Bad heating during the winter, poor quality of bathrooms, cozy living room, where for a very small price you can start the fireplace and have a kind of a party with random visitors. Moreover I liked the personnel, they are nice people. Also the menu is very good, especially if you will order dumplings. There are many fine trails around.

Warunki a'la koszmar PRL za cenę prawie hotelową. Woda pod prysznicem (łazienki i wc w piwnicy) udaje że leci. Ściany i stropy to pojedyncze deski - chcąc zasnąć czujesz się jak w samym środku imprezy.Na plus lokalizacja i bliskość klimatycznych lokali w czeskiej Malej Upie.

This is the place if you want to crash for one night after a long day of hiking. It is a nice wooden cottage that is surrounded by many beautiful trails. Walls between rooms are thin and you can hear people snoring from down the hall. Bathrooms/showers are located in the basement but have been recently remodeled. They are pretty clean. There is a lounge on the first floor for people to enjoy the fireplace. To get a meal, the kitchen is in the other building, just a few meters away. Food is pretty good, however, it is served in plastic dishes - not everyone is keen on getting a meal on a plastic dish. Overall, good experience, the staff is very friendly.
