Very poor defence.Last hearing Mrs. Sekaninova came with attitude of getting it done quicky as possible, so she can carry on with her day. All the evidence and phone calls she strategicaly shifts on you so she doesnt have to do it. I had to call all the places, get the evidence and do the work. She just got paid.. She is not interested in your life or aftermath. Just quicky do it, cash in and move on. I never heard from her after the trial , which was so traumatic and difficult time for my son and I. Very said experience. I dont know how these people face themselves in the mirror.
