Im only sending with them, they are cheap and always reliable, responding quickly and never had any issue for last 8 years sending tens of packages all around the world.

the company forget what it is ... it should be a service provider but they lost their way... they destroy the good name of dpd ...first time i tried them because of price , but what is a price when your package is not coming on the agreed time..After sending the confirmation , somebody other than the computer decided that the coins were not able to insure ,,, but they send it later in email ... so they expect you look at your emails all the time so they can change the conditions .. so day later pick up because i did not react o time .. after trying to connect with customer service ... the arrogance of people so sad these days ... ' read the terms and conditions ' ... be aware if you use them ... better pay just a bit more for perfect service and helpful customer service

Express pickup that same day is not true always: In my case even the next day at 19:30 the courier does not arrive. Then why send the package with you???

I sent a package with them in June and could not be more satisfied. Even after some problems occurred with the actual company sending the package, they stepped in and organised another pick up free of charge and no questions asked. After that, everything went off without a hitch!

very fast delivery! chose dpd, ordered on thursday, on friday they picked-up right at the beginning of the designated window. the shipment have been delivered from prague, cz to wroclaw, pl on monday right after the weekend.

Worst experience ever. Used the service to send an important document to Russia after reading positive reviews. They sent me the label to be printed, I called them to explain that I have no access to printer and was assured it would not problem as the driver would fill in the label by hand. After the envelope was collected I was not able to track the package. Took me several calls and an email with the photo of hand-written label, but no one ever came back to me. On day three I got a call from the package receiver in Russia that the courier was ready to deliver the package and was standing at her door, but claimed that the delivery was not paid and asked for money. I called the customer line, they could not help and asked to send them an email with the photo of hand-written label, promising they would try to sort that out. They explained that all the problems were due to the fact that I could not print the original label. The courier left and did not deliver the package on the day. The customer service representative would not go back and kept promising to help for several hours with no result, then finished shift and I had to start talking to someone else.

So far the fastest and safest delivery from Czech Republic to Ireland. Used multiple times. Easy to arrange. Recommend to plan at least 1-2 days gap between the request submission and planned pickup in case of certain date.

these guys were so quick and helpful. their delivery time was faster than other companies that I called and their price was very reasonable. I called their office in Prague, they told me to make the order online which I did and practically minutes after my order, the guys were at the door to pick up the package. very satisfied. I hope they keep up the quality.
