Very good service, the technicians are really nice and understanding. They made sure that we were happy with the results and even offered a retouch if we weren’t satisfied. The price was also quite reasonable. I’d highly recommend :)

Customer service is the only good thing about this place. I went to get my nails done here and this is what happened:1. I asked only for gel polish only, but got a new set of gel nails, which is more expensive.2. When choosing the colour of my nails I was not informed that the colour I chose is more expensive than the rest, so again I payed more that I thought I would.3. No manicure was done, my cuticles were overlooked literally like in no salon ever before.4. After getting home I realised that the polish is not even near the cuticles and there are big parts of polish missing.5. I informed the salon straight away and the lady was very pleasant and offered me new nails as compensation.6. After going back and getting the new nails the guy who did them looked very annoyed. This time the polish did get near the cuticles (but again no proper manicure was done).7. Both times seemed very rushed to me as I only spent an hour there at once.8. About three days after the second time I went the nails started peeling off and I just couldn’t be bothered to go back a third time, because anywhere else my nails got proper treatment, quality manicure a gel polish, that would last about 3-4 weeks.

As a first timer i had such a lovely experience. The staff was super nice and professional and they did a great job with my nails ♥️

Customer service was great and we had no problems communicating. The technicians worked fast and everything was very hygienic! I loved the way my nails turned out!!
